The weather in the city of Vegas is getting better after receiving such a big storm and strong winds.
"Woah what is that? a whale ? I have to see it !" said the fisherman saw something big in the ocean.
The big thing was the wreckage of Daniel's plane that had fallen after fighting the storm.
"a.a.apa.." shocked fishermen can not say what after seeing the wreckage of a very large plane.
"i think I should report it to the police"
the fisherman said there was no other choice. Back to the land he reported all the events earlier.
Police and an FSC (First rescue) team who knew about it immediately set off for the scene looking for victims on the plane, after the plane was checked they were shocked to see so much illegal goods inside. They know that this is a business run by gangsters, but they are confused about what the name of Gang that brings all this.

This WPC (World Peace) organization has 3 separate divisions, the first division 1 is led by John, the 2nd division is led by Max, and the 3rd division is led by Collis.

"Mr Calvin, I got a report that a Dallas Gang plane carrying a lot of drugs crashed in the ocean" he said.
"Good info, move on" said Calvin, briefly.
Knowing that the Dallas Gang had suffered great losses, a business idea emerged from Calvin's mind.
"Would I take Dallas on business?"
"Good plans what's wrong with trying" Calvin thought.
Before entering he was intercepted by guards.
"Do you need to come here?" ask guards.
"I just want to talk to your boss about business" Calvin said.
After entering, he met Daniel and immediately said the point, because he did not like the stale.
"Why are you here?" ask Daniel.
"I just want to do business with you" Calvin said.
"Business ? who are you ? I don't know you" Daniel said exasperatedly.
"I'm Calvin Baxter the leader of the Baxter Family" Calvin said proudly.
Hearing Baxter's name made Daniel remember something.
"Baxter ? is that the name of the casino near the beach?" ask Daniel.
Baxter Family is not so famous, but Baxter Family has many businesses scattered throughout the city, especially the Casino.
"Yes, the Baxter Family-run Casino is spread across Vegas" Calvin said.
"Do you want to do business with me? you must be stressed after a lot of losses" Calvin tried to heat up Daniel's manation.
"What business will we manage?" ask Daniel.
"Gambling, but we're going to commit fraud in that business, so get more profit"
"You don't have to go abroad anymore to do business, just in this country alone, enough in this city" Calvin said while telling things that benefit Daniel.
"Where are we going to make that gambling place?"
ask Daniel.
"On the outskirts of the city there is a large cave, we turn the cave into a luxurious gambling place" said Calvin.

First they let everyone win in a row which makes them addicted to gambling there, then they will be made to lose 1 time by the men of Daniel and Calvin.

The letter he found contained a war challenge from the Ashton Gang Group.
