At the clinic, Ryan and Nadia undergo examinations at different places and they find out what they are experiencing after being examined by a doctor.

"You have strep throat, are there the same symptoms of the flu??" ask the doctor who examined Nadia.

Nadia nodded, "Yes doc, last night I felt bad throat. Then from three in the morning I woke up and started to have a fever, cough and cold."
