Braaa
A loud bang sounded like a repeated bang echoing in the Moon's mind. The momentary state feels quiet. The image of his two parents sitting in the front seat with their heads covered in blood became a terrifying sight.
"Mama ..., Papa ...," he whispered with tears streaming down his cheeks.
The Moon's body began to tremble in fear with slick eyes when she saw Marcel appear in front of the car.
"He's alive!" the man exclaimed to someone who was talking to him over the phone.
"Well, I'll finish it" he said again and then turned off his phone.
A blow to the head of his mother and father that he witnessed before his eyes, made the woman's chest feel increasingly tight. His tears flowed more and more with the sound of sobbing that as much as possible he could bear so as not to be heard by the evil man.
The Moon's body grew limp helpless and frightened, and her gaze began to blur. However, from the shadow before his eyes, Nizam's bloodied face instantly appeared. The longer his face was more clearly visible, to make the woman realize from the terrible shadow that had just mastered his mind.
No, the Moon did not want to be outdone by her fear, she did not want to lose consciousness and let her husband get hurt just like that. He must be aware and strong in order to accompany and make sure the husband is safe and okay.
"Astaghfirullah, Mas Nizam!" the moon shouted so frantically, that she unconsciously grabbed the husband's face and patted him slowly for the man to wake up. However, all his efforts did not produce results.
With his hands trembling and filled with Nizam's blood, Moon finally called an ambulance. A few minutes passed with only the Moon's effort to wake the husband. He did not cry, but his eyes were dewy and his body trembled with worry. Until finally the ambulance arrived at their place that seemed lonely.
...
Under the scorching and windy afternoon, followed by the sound of gurney wheels spinning violently could be heard entering the hospital hallway towards the ER. The voice of the Moon calling Nizam repeatedly accompanied the gurney where her husband lay unconscious.
The ER door where Nizam was given help is now closed, making the woman stop stepping. His hands clenched together firmly and his feet were so restless stepping here and there.
The moon could only wait alone outside the ER room with an increasingly vibrating body and a paled face. Her lips did not stop saying God's name and prayed for her husband to be saved. Truly, he was truly afraid of losing the person he loved for the umpteenth time.
Amidst his anxiety and fear, the sound of footsteps of several people was heard approaching. The moon was staring at the door, between the glare of the scorching light from the outside, there were several people who entered with faces that looked slightly dark. The Moon knows who is approaching it at the moment, yes they are Khaira, Boy, Nizwa, and Arfan.
"Moon," called Khaira and directly hugged her body so tightly. "Are you okay?" ask the woman.
"Good month, Mother, but Mas Nizam, he ...." The moon cannot continue his words. Not only was his body stout, his chest had been tight since then, but he tried hard to hold it.
Yes, the situation of the Moon is not as bad as the state of Nizam because the car that hit them came from the right and hit right on the part of Nizam sitting. While the Moon only experience a little dizziness and pain in the neck and head just because it hit the window of the car.
"Cry, son, if you want to cry, don't hide your feelings because it can hurt you again, God willing Nizam will be fine." Khaira rubbed and patted the Moon's back gently.
Moments later, the woman literally shed her tears in the arms of the in-laws. The sound of the woman sounded so frightened. Nizwa who saw the sister-in-law so shaken also approached and hugged the woman's body to be calmer.
The moon observed Nizam who was now lying on the bed. Slowly he stepped closer until he stood right beside him.
"Just calm down, son. The doctor said Nizam had only minor injuries. God willing he will be fully healed if treated and follow physiotherapy well." The Khaira who stood beside the Moon calmed him down. The woman understood the psychic state of the son-in-law, so as much as possible she wanted the Moon to stay awake and not be provoked by the memory of the traumatic event.
"Yes, Mother," replied the Moon.
"If it was Nizam who always accompanied you to seek treatment, maybe now it is your turn to accompany Nizam to do everything. Mommy is sure, you can do it" Khaira said again and then immediately went out with Boy, Nizwa and Arfan. They want to give time for both of them to rest.
The moon silently looked at Nizam whose face was slightly bruised from the impact. The woman sat beside the husband's bed to rest herself who was now tired.

The smell of carbolic acid so distinctive in Nizam's sense of smell forced the man to open his eyes. His gaze momentarily stared at the ceiling, then turned to every corner of the room. The dominant white color of the paint made him realize that he was in the hospital.
Nizam's gaze now moved to his left side where the Moon was asleep in a half-sitting state with both arms on the bed.
The man's left hand reflexively raised rubbed the wife's head with both ends of the lips drawn to form an arch. He was really relieved that the Moon was fine.
Feeling the rubbing of his hands on his head, Moon immediately woke up and accidentally his two beads met with Nizam's bead eyes that were so shady.
Finding the husband conscious, Moon immediately stood up happily and unconsciously hugged the man. Just sober Nizam rounded his eyes not to believe what is happening at this time.
For the first time, he saw the Moon touch him, no, even hugging him tightly. The woman was crying in her chest. Long enough the Moon was in that position, and of course Nizam was so happy.
Although his chest felt tight because of the crush of the Moon, he did not heed. Nizam even willingly did not make the slightest sound for fear that his voice would resuscitate the wife and ended up not wanting to touch her anymore. However, the longer, he could not bear to remain silent. The man's left hand was raised and embraced the woman.
True to Nizam's guess, just a few seconds his hand landed on the Moon's back, the woman immediately took off her embrace and lifted her body.
"Sorry, Mom," said Moon timidly with a face that blushed like a boiled crab.
"It's okay, honey," Nizam replied with a smile, though in his heart he was grumbling at his stupidity that had made the rare moment come to an end.
"Mas, I'm calling the doctor, Dad. It seems like your situation is really not good."
"Not good how?"
"I heard your heart beating so fast."
