When the doctor told me that,Ferry was out of town so she didn't know about it at all and Salma asked her doctor to hide it from her husband because she wanted her daughter to take care of it the husband when he is not there.

Moreover, Salma knew that all this time Ferry really wanted a daughter because Mike who was from childhood was very close to her, not to the father,Ferry did not know at all that Salma's womb was weak when she gave birth.

"Honey....Later when your sister is born, you must love her even though there is no mother. Mama wants you to look after her and protect her, can Mike promise you Mama ?" Salma said with her sad face, because she knew there was only one who could be saved at the time of giving birth later .

"Yes ma....Mike promised to take care of his sister and protect her, where'd his mama go?" Mike asked curiously because his mother told him to look after the younger brother, as if he wanted to get away from them.

Salma just smiled, her heart felt pain if she had to remember going parting with her children made Salma feel even sadder.

"Ma...mama why? Is your sister out?" Asked Mike with a worried tone also pleased, Salma just smiled and nodded.

"Call this child, mama want the birth "Salma answered telling Mike to call a middle-aged maid to help her to the hospital.

Salma had been in the operating room, she was eager to meet her husband before giving birth but it was not possible because Ferry was still on the road.

"I want to meet my husband, how can I?" salma asked when the doctor had started the surgery.

"Can't be ma'am, we have to immediately do the operation because your baby is still healthy we don't know the situation if a few hours. Fear of the baby can drop and we will not have time to do the action then you two will lose your lives " explained the doctor.

Some doctors were on the operating table, but Salma was afraid that Ferdy would hate the princess because she knew how her husband loved her sincerely.

"I love you dear, forgive me for doing all of this without your permission but I want to make you happy" Salma said, closing her eyes as she felt excruciating pain in her stomach

"Alright doc, do it now" said Salma, he was sincere to perform the operation.

While the operation was running, Jerry who was still wearing his work coat came to the hospital diana Salma did the operation. He approached Mike who was still waiting for his mother to make this, he wanted to know the condition of his wife and little daughter.

"Pa.....Mabel will be born soon, mama is still in there "cried Mike with excitement and joy .

Mike was five years old when his younger brother was born, he didn't understand anything. Just know will take care of the sister like his promise to the mother, his heart feels very happy because he really wants a sister.

Shortly after the doctor came out of the operating room, heard the sound of crying babies make Ferry and Mike feel happy. Ferry approached the doctor who was standing in front of him, and he wanted to ask about his wife and his little daughter.

"How are my wife and kids doing, Doc?" Ferry asked with her heart beating with her loud, she didn't want anything to happen to her second.

The doctors in front of him looked at each other, they could not tell about the state of Salma in front of Mike, so one of the doctors told Ferry to look at the baby first and then meet him in his room.

"You can see your little putdi first in the nursery, after which you meet me in my room sir. I'm waiting for you in my room" said one of the doctors
