Old Love Mates

Old Love Mates
I don't have a grandparent

"What does it mean to keep her from mama?" his question was that he did not understand the speech of the little boy in front of him.

"Emm..." The Emperor tapped his finger at the temple, and his eyes seemed to hold something.

Arga really did not expect the little boy in front of him to act like an adult when he thought about his words. It was as if he was really careful putting out words.

But the Emperor did not finish telling him what he meant, and suddenly Zia came to them. "What are you guys doing?"

Arga who saw the Emperor wanted to answer Zia's question, Arga immediately gave the code to say nothing. "We're planning on playing together." Arga tried not to say what he was talking about with the Emperor, because he wanted to know what was really going on.

"It's been a long time since you, too," Zia walked over to the Emperor, and sat down beside him, embracing his little sister's body.

"Yes, we'll play together, brother, and tell me a story," the Emperor looked up and pleaded with Zia.

"Yes we will play together, with brother Arga as well," Zia replied, and looked at Arga for a moment.

Arga who saw Zia looking at him only replied with a nod. Arga noticed Zia who was so close to the Emperor, he felt very happy to see Zia so fond of children. He hopes that one day he will be happy with their children.

"Yes now you play by yourself first, brother will take brother Arga to the room first," Zia told by stroking the Emperor's hair, and the Emperor nodded.

Zia stood up, "Come on," he asked Arga, to follow him.

Arga, who was asked to follow Zia, immediately stood up. He followed Zia, climbed the stairs and headed for a room there.

Zia opened her room, stepped into her room. It felt like Zia had not been in her room for a long time. He saw a room that looked unchanged, and still looked clean, because it might still be cleaned by a maid in his father's house.

"Is this your room," asked Arga, who had just entered the whitewashed room, and saw some dolls neatly displayed on a shelf.

"Yes." Yeah." Zia answered only briefly. Zia saw some of her dolls neatly displayed on the shelf.

Arga saw Zia busy watching the doll on the shelf, walking and approaching Zia. "What are you thinking?"

"No, I don't think about anything, just miss with all my toys alone," she said, still looking at her doll.

Arga looked, Zia seems like she hasn't been here in a long time, "When did you last come here?" ask him to Zia.

Zia recalled the last time she came to this house, "Since I decided to stay in the apartment."

Arga heard in disbelief, how could he not pay a visit to his father's house, "Didn't you visit your father?"

"Dad who often visited me with the Emperor, or sometimes I went to my father's office?"

Arga was confused by Zia's words. "Why don't you come here, isn't this your father's house?"

"Tante Lydia doesn't like me here" he replied.

Both of Arga's eyebrows were raised, "Why?"

"Either I don't know, she suddenly changed, and I don't know why," Zia recalled correctly how Lydia had changed her attitude.

Arga still did not think what was wrong with Zia's stepmom, Arga also remembered the Emperor said he wanted someone to keep Zia from his mother.

After they finished cleaning themselves, the two of them went down the stairs and headed towards the dining table. The dining table had Adhi and the Emperor.

"Come and eat together" Adhi invited Zia and Arga who had just come to the dinner table.

"Will mom stay in apatemen yah for a long time?" the Emperor asked, breaking the silence at the dinner table.

"Apartment?" zia's forehead immediately shriveled when she heard the Emperor's question to be addressed to her father.

Adhi was also no less surprised to hear the Emperor ask that, Adhi memorized very well his wife was probably who said, that he would stay in the apartment because he asked her, "Dad does not know," he said, "Already continue eating you," Adhi looked at the Emperor and gave the order.

The emperor always complied with his father, and he continued to eat.

Zia was eager to ask about Lydia to her father, but she did not want to ask about the adult affairs in front of her sister.

"Ar, after eating, I want to talk to you" Adhi told Arga.

"Yes yeah."

Arga knew what Adhi was going to talk to her about, because indeed from the restaurant and causing Adhi to enter the hospital, she did not ask him anything.

It felt like Arga's heart was beating faster, he was really afraid of what Adhi would tell him.

After she finished eating, Zia escorted the Emperor to the room. And left Arga and his father in the dining room.

Arriving at the room, Zia helped the Emperor brush his teeth and deliver to the bed.

"Will you read me a fairy tale" said the Emperor, crawling up to his bed.

Actually Zia was eager to ask her father about Lydia, and she also wanted to know what her father would talk to Arga. But hearing the Emperor asking to recite a fairy tale, he could not resist.

"All right."

The emperor took the fairy tale book by his bedside, and gave it to Zia. Zia read the story and the Emperor listened to it.

"Do you know when you're coming home and staying here again?" ask the Emperor, and make Zia stop reading the story.

"Mama is taking care of grandma so, maybe it will wait until grandma recovers," Zia explained to the Emperor.

"Whose grandmother?" ask the Emperor plainly.

"Yes your grandmother, who else," said Zia angrily and pinched the Emperor's cheek.

"Mama said I don't have grandparents anymore." The Emperor looked at Zia and replied.

Zia who heard him was shocked, she was confused as to why the Emperor said so, while her father told her different things. Did his father lie on purpose, then where was Aunt Lydia. Those questions came to Zia's mind.

"Hurry to sleep" Zia ended her question and tidied up the Emperor's blanket, to cover the Emperor's body.

"Good night," Zia kissed the Emperor's forehead and turned off the lights.

Zia exited the Emperor's room walking towards the dining table, but when she got there she did not find Arga and her father.

"Did aunt see dad?" Zia asked Aunt Amel who happened to be tidying up the dining table.

"Sir Adhi is in the study."

Zia, who had her father and Arga answer in the study, finally decided to wait for Arga in the room, and asked about Lydia, tomorrow to her father.
