Many operations are unsuccessful and do not end successfully. William even saw a video recording of several families who were sad because of the death of their loved ones.

William didn't want Adel to cry like that. William just wants Adel to keep smiling happily, it feels like his life is always a sorrow for others. Even Adel, the person he loved, had to accept the grief and misfortune of being with him.
