Married to a Grave
Chapter 8

The mad demon was unable to catch Arman, he was unable to catch up to Arman due to his already fragile bones. He asked Arman not to run anymore, because he was tired.

The old devil asked Arman to cook instant noodles from the city, but they did not know how to get the noodles. Arman has an idea, he invites the devil to take instant noodles at Elizabet's house. The two of them then turned themselves into a very scary, Arman only showed his ugly face half. The one who sees will be frightened and run.

"Hopefully our fate is not unlucky, no human being sees us" said the old Devil.

Arman said he had one wish, which was to ask the old Devil to approve his relationship with Elizabeth. He also thought that if Elizabeth would be his wife, every day would be a good meal. Since Elizabeth would stay with him later, it certainly made the old Devil agree.

They both went to Elizabeth's house, and went straight into the kitchen. They searched for the existence of instant noodles, but were not found. Inadvertently Arman made a spill of rice that was in the basket, making Eyeang Margo into the kitchen.

"Sumi, you just ate the rice you put where? why can it spill," said Eyang Margo while taking the rice that fell.

"So I didn't use rice, Eyang. Maybe there's a cat passing by" Elizabet said.

The devil who heard the word instant noodles immediately told Arman to ask Elizabeth, where to put the noodles but Arman refused. Nor could Arman appear with such a sinister face, before Elizabeth.

"Arman, is rice good to eat?" ask the old devil who usually eats maggots.

"I don't know, when you were alive you didn't eat" Arman said.

They had both forgotten what happened while they were alive, and what food was good. The old devil tried to eat rice and said that it was better than maggots, fortunately when eating rice Eyang and Elizabet had returned to the living room.

Arman forbids the old Devil from finishing the rice, and asks to find the instant noodles they want. But the old Devil refused, wanting to finish the rice. Arman grabbed a basket filled with rice, and placed it on the table.

"What is instant noodles?" ask the old devil showing a pile of noodles on the table.

They then thought of a way, bringing instant noodles out of the house without anyone seeing any flying noodles themselves. Arman took all of Elizabeth's noodles, but only five were left.

Eventually the two of them managed to bring instant noodles into their realm, and ate them. Arman was surprised because it felt different, and this was harder.

"I forgot to cook it" said Arman.

The old devil then told Arman to quickly marry Elizabeth, so that someone would make good food.

"Now you help me become human, so I can get married to Sumi soon" Arman said.

"Never dream! our nation is different from them, for what it is to be like them," said the old devil there is no way to be human, it is the most impossible thing. All Arman could do later was marry Elizabeth, and bring Elizabeth into her realm.

Arman daydreams about how to marry Elizabeth later, on the other hand he is very happy because the old devil has allowed marriage.

"Sumy!" yelled Eyang Margo from the kitchen.

Elizabeth, who was near Eyang Margo, covered her ears, and felt she was not eating rice from the morning. Out of pity with Eyang Margo, Elizabet ended up making rice and cooking side dishes.

"Well, look at my instant noodles gone, too" Elizabet said, pointing out the spot where he put the noodles.

Eyang Margo guessed that a thief had entered their house, but recently Eyang lost food. Usually the house is left behind in a locked state and no items are lost, so he thinks this is a very rare occurrence. Eyang Margo and Elizabeth then put food in the living room, so as not to disappear again.

"Sumi, Eyang wants to find firewood first. You don't go anywhere" said Eyang Margo after finishing lunch.

Elizabeth forbade Eyang from going in search of firewood, because it was still hot. He also offered himself to look for wood, but Eyang Margo did not allow it.

"You're looking for wood? it was not the wood that was brought home, it was the men" said Eyang Margo.

"Eyang, do not know if near the forest there are luxury homes and many handsome men like Mas Arman," said Elizabet.

Eyang Margo scrunched his forehead, he had also heard from people near the forest there is a luxury house. He himself has never found, although passing when going to the river or looking for firewood. "Sumi, now can you show me the house you mean?" ask him with curiosity.

Elizabeth was happy to take Eyang to the mansion, but suddenly someone knocked on the door so they abandoned their intention to leave.

As soon as Elizabeth opened the door, an old grandmother went straight into the house and sat down in a chair. Elizabeth was shocked by the grandmother, for she was silent and without speaking a word.

"Grandma, who? why just shut up?" elizabet asked with fear. He tried to brave himself, because the old grandmother had passed. Get into people's homes without permission, and just shut up. Parents especially grandmothers should be able to set a good example, but this grandmother does not have manners and ethics according to Elizabet.

"Ask your eyes! who am I," said the old grandmother who is none other than Granny Sakinah.

"Why should you ask Eyang, Grandma has a mouth. You can answer Eliza's question" Elizabet said.

Sakinah's grandmother yelled out to Eyang Margo, saying she couldn't educate her granddaughter. "I am in this village an elder, why is your grandson disrespectful" he said.

Elizabeth did not accept to see that Eyang Margo was said to be unable to educate grandchildren, it was the old grandmother who could not set a good example.

"Old granny, Eyang educated me well. Don't misjudge you" Elizabet said boldly with Granny Sakinah.

One village no one dared to fight Sakinah's grandmother, especially if he had given orders sure everyone would obey.

Eyang Margo wanted to apologize to Grandma Sakinah, but Elizabeth forbade. People like Granny Sakinah must be taught a lesson, even if they are old. Old age is not his attitude, his thoughts and attitude may still be children.

Elizabet asked Sakinah's grandmother's purpose in coming to her house, she also boldly asked Sakinah's grandmother to immediately say because they were going to go looking for firewood.
