After being declared a pick, Alissa was finally allowed to go home. As Mirna and Mika tidy up Alissa's belongings, Askara goes to the administration room to pay the hospital bills. While passing through the ICU, Askara sees a Doctor talking to one of the sisters.
From their talk, it seemed like they were having problems dealing with their patients. Since the patient went to the hospital, none of his family came to see him. Even the hospital did not know the patient's family, because the patient was the victim of an accident brought by the police to the hospital.
