One week later.
After the debate between Firanda, his father and his grandfather, Firanda's end was the one who won in the debate.
Right now Firanda lives in her old father's apartment just now, she doesn't live alone in that apartment. Like the agreement one week ago, Firanda is currently accompanied by a maid who has long worked in Mahendra's extended family.
Today Firanda plans to apply for a job at the largest company in Canada. Firanda decided to cover himself from everyone, he did not want everyone to know that he was the grandson of Mahendra, a world-famous businessman.
"Have you prepared Firanda?" ask Firanda's father.
Actually Firanda's father had returned to Indonesia three days ago, but when he heard that his son was going to apply for a job, he decided to return to Canada to accompany his son to apply. Though Firanda had rejected her, but Firanda's father still firmly wanted to accompany Firanda to apply for a job. Firanda's end can only surrender and allow her father to come with her.
"It's Dad." Firanda replied as she shouted, as she was currently inside her room to change clothes. While his father was sitting in the TV room alone, because currently the maid who accompanied Firanda was going to the market to buy daily necessities.
Before long Firanda came in her formal attire, and her hair was in the ponytail.
"Let's go." Firanda told her father who was busy playing his cell phone.
"Have you finished?" asked his father while standing up from his seat and put his cell phone into his trouser pocket.
"Had it." replied Firanda.
They finally get out of the apartment and go to the company that Firanda will apply for.
After arriving at the company, Firanda and her father stepped into the reception desk.
"Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen" the receptionist greeted Firanda.
"Good day too. Can we meet your boss lady?" ask Firanda at the reception.
"Have you made any promises before?" ask the receptionist still in a polite and friendly tone.
"Yes I've made an appointment with your Boss." replied Firanda.
The receptionist nodded and picked up the phone to call his assistant Boss and tell him that there was a guest below. After getting the receptionist's permission it took Firanda and her Dad towards the top floor where there was only her Boss room, Assistant and also her Secretary only.
Arriving at the top floor, the receptionist left after delivering Firanda and her father to the Ceo's room.
"Good day sir." greeted Firanda and her father kindly.
"Good day, please sit down." the Ceo replied by allowing his guests to sit on the sofa in his room.
"My dad and I won't get stale. We're here to apply for a job like this company provides, and this is a file as a requirement" Firanda said by submitting the file she brought earlier to the Ceo.
The Ceo took the file and began to read it carefully. When he finished, he kept the file on the table in front of him.
While Firanda and her father just nodded his head just a sign of understanding.
"Well, then, excuse me, sir, it's nice to meet you. And I hope that if we meet again, there's good news" Firanda said before leaving.
"Yes, I'm glad to see you too. And hopefully next week the good news will be on your side, madam." the Ceo replied in his stern voice.
After saying goodbye, Firanda and his father left the company and went to Mahendra's village.
"Are you sure of your decision, Firanda?" ask her dad while focusing on her steering wheel, because she is currently in the car.
"What do you mean, Dad? Does it look on my face that I'm sorry about my decision?" firanda turned around and asked her father.
"That's not what Firanda's father meant, I'm just worried that you're working for that company" she said.
"What are you worried about, right?" ask Firanda again
"Dad is only worried that if you work there, you will be depressed" said his father made Firanda grinned in surprise to look at the Father.
"What makes Dad think I'd be depressed if I worked at that company?"
"Dee from the man's attitude, make Dad afraid that later you will be depressed" said his father.
"Dad don't worry, I can take care of myself later there" Firanda told the father.
"Yes Dad believes in you." replied his father as he glanced at his daughter and refocused on her steering.
Finally, the car driven by Firanda's father arrived at the Mahendra family residence. They also stepped in and were warmly welcomed by the Grand Master of the Mahendra family, who else if not and none other than his grandfather Firanda.
"We only met one day, but you decided to go back" Firanda's grandfather told his granddaughter.
"You know what else Opah is, I just want to be independent and not depend on you" Firanda replied.
"But not by working son." retorted his grandfather.
"I want to work not because to meet my needs Opah, but I work to fill free time. If I don't work, then I'll be lazy. Therefore I decided to find a job so that I am not lazy" said Firanda continued to reason.
"You are like your Grandma once" said his Grandfather, shaking his head in an endless manner on the grounds of his grandchild.
While Firanda's father only smiled when he heard the debate between his father and his son who always discussed about work.
"What is my grandmother like?" firanda's question made her Father and Grandfather shrink her smile.
