I Love the Light

I Love the Light
Rice Rames

The day passed so quickly. Glazed and Light have now completely recovered and can return home.

The radiant face of Light glimmered happily as soon as it opened the door of the room that they had left for a few days.

"Finally, I can lie on this bed again" Light said as he laid his body on the bed.

Gilang smiled and lay down next to his wife. Then the man, tilted his body facing towards the woman he loved.

"I'm happy too, honey. What makes me most happy and calm, the troublemaker is already in prison" Gilang said without putting a smile on his lips.

"Mas, it can't be like that! you promised to forgive him" Light reminded.

"Yes, yes, my wife is the best," Gilang pinched the wrath of Light's nose.

"Mas, aren't you tired?" ask the Light with care.

"Emm, not really. You want something huh? just tell me what you want? want a sip of anything while it is still a natural thing I will do," replied Gilang.

"Are there unnatural requests?" The light cringed his forehead.

"There is! if you ask me to paint the sky, brush the lion's fur, count the number of your hair, that's not normal." said Gilang casually.

"If it's not just his unnatural request, which makes the request also less sane," Light pursed his lips which of course was immediately struck gently by Gilang's lips.

"Well, now you say, what do you want?" asked Gilang gently while stroking the wife's cheek.

"I'm hungry, and I want to eat rames rice, can you not buy it for me?" said Cahaya while swallowing her own saliva, because by saying her name alone, the woman had imagined the delicacy of rames rice or mixed rice, and what was in her shadow now was Padang rames rice.

"Nasi remes? what the fuck? is there food like that? and why should it be bought?" batin Gilang with furrowed eyebrows. However, he did not reveal his confusion to Light, not wanting his wife to be disappointed.

"Rather than I'm tired of going out and I don't know where to buy, I'd better do it," again Gilang spoke to himself.

"Yes, I'm out first! you wait here. I promise that the rice you want will come soon" said Gilang with great confidence because he thought it was very easy to make rice that was very desired by the wife.

...ΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩ...

The light from earlier was seen flipping his body to the right and to the left. The woman looked agitated because her stomach was getting hungry.

"Mas Gilang how long did you buy ramesnya rice? near here is the Padang restaurant, "inner Light while looking at the door, hoping the husband appears. However, again he was disappointed because the signs of Gilang had come no.

"Did I call first?" Light grabbed her phone and called her husband's number. But apparently Gilang did not bring his phone at all.

"Ah, I'm already very hungry, I'd better find food in the kitchen first, to hurry, wait for the Gilang mas to come home," Light got out of bed and walked out of the room.

As soon as he reached the kitchen doorway, the woman clenched her forehead looking at Gilang who was already sitting on the chair behind him.

"Mas, you've come home as it turns out. Why don't you call me?" tanya Cahaya while walking towards Gilang.

Gilang gasped in shock and immediately stood up from where he was sitting then turned his head towards the Light.

"Why did you come down? the rice is ready soon, too" said Gilang innocently while showing a plate containing rice on the table.

"Geez,Mas! what are you doing?" pekik Cahaya saw the rice that looks strange, does not look like rice grains anymore.

"And you ask for rice remes, yes the rice I squeeze. Cape you Dear. You appreciate my efforts. I squeeze one-on-one, because at the same time it's difficult. The shape is still like rice grains," replied Gilang with a clear facial look.

"People sometimes talk about the squeeze, I'm not wrong, right?" the look on Gilang's face looked like a fool.

"I don't know anymore, I want to do something. I'm confused about crying or laughing right now. Do you know what rames rice is?"

"No!" short solid and clear.

The light exhaled, stroking his chest trying to be patient, hearing the husband's answer.

"What about cat rice?Mas know?"

"What do you eat cat rice for? you don't be weird. I won't let you eat cat rice." Instead of answering Light's question, Gilang got angry.

"Mas, the answer is not that. I asked Mas do not know cat rice?" The light asked again.

"No!" answer Gilang, honestly.

"If I asked for cat rice, what would you give me?" ask for the light again.

"Yes, I'll bring the rice, along with the cats. But, you have to remember, you eat to be separate from the cat, not one plate!"

The light scratched his head and rubbed his face violently. She was confused to explain to her husband.

"What's this?" suddenly Jelita was already standing in the doorway along with Melinda and Grizelle.

"Ma, I'm confused. Gilang never ate rames rice huh? look what Gilang did!" The light pointed towards the plate on the table.

"Well, what the fuck?" Jelita clenched her forehead, confused.

"Light asked to eat rames rice, Ma.I heard him remes, yes I think he wants rice that is squeezed, yunya no," replied Gilang.

Melinda and Jelita's laughter instantly broke. Only Grizelle looked confused.

"What is rames rice? it is true that Brother Gilang said," said Grizelle who made the sound of laughter again broke, and this time Light joined in laughing.

"Gile, Grizelle, nasi rames it, nasi campur. Rice consisting of 3 or more side dishes. If the rice rames Padang, usually there is rendang, gulai, cob balado, vegetable sauce, sambal. And there is also rice rames that are made with noodles and other side dishes. Depends what you want. It wasn't the crumpled rice," Jelita explained on the sidelines of her laughter.

"But it seems like you're already an expert yes***********, Lang. It is clear from the form of rice that your hands are trained in squeezing. Every night or every chance you get, you do it, right?" jelita said by slipping temptation, to make a red tinge appear on the cheeks of Light.

"Of course!" Melinda chimed in on Jelita's daughter-in-law's words. Again, only Grizelle seemed not to understand the meaning of her mother's words.

"Indeed, Brother Gilang squeezes what every night? is squeezing fun until it has to be done every day?" grizelle asked with her innocent face.

"You will know for yourself what Mama means after you get married later" said Jelita, making Grizelle's lips pursed.

"Yes already, Lang, near here is the Padang restaurant, you buy the Light want, all for you and Grizelle. If you can buy it for Mama and Oma, too," Jelita said, not caring about Grizelle's sour face.

"I asked Bayu to buy it, Ma," said Gilang to leave.

"Because! your wife is hungry. There you buy it yourself. From now on try not to depend on Bayu anymore. The one in the belly of the Light is your child is not the child of Bayu," concluded Jelita while moving away.
