Chapter 14

"Who are you?"

"I'm the one you're looking for" Meilin said, "Please follow me."

The little girl took them to a big house they entered to welcome two guards wearing hakama clothes. Qiu yue recognized the clothes he was wearing them from the eastern kerajan. Even the room they entered was different. They sit on tatami.  Meilin on the flank of two bodyguards with a spooky face.

"My name is Meilin, the merchant sells all sorts of items from poison to forbidden objects." The beautiful white and petite girl introduced herself.

Qiu yue furrowed his brows he could not believe this little girl was the most influential dark merchant in the Tan empire.

Physician Ming ju took out a medicine bottle, "Can you know what this poison is."He handed the bottle to Meilin.

Meilin's excretion turned serious. His eyeballs turned towards the physician Ming ju. "Where did you get this medicine?"

"You don't need us to get from where."Prince Long wei. The girl looked closely at the medicine bottle the healer was carrying. He opened the bottle cap and took out a medicine grain and then he sniffed it.

"A very rare poison can kill people in just an instant" Mei Lin replied making Long wei's eyes full of flashes of anger. "The female fox did indeed want to kill me," Long wei squeezed her hand. "Can you name the person who bought this drug."

"How much are you going to pay."

Qiu yue carried five gold bars. Meilin's face turned serious, "Two eunuchs Bohay and eunuch jie. Meilin replied she glanced at the young man beside the healer. "Who are you I feel a different aura than the guests I used to meet."

Meilin looked at the cold and scary man. Sit up straight with arrogance.

"Call me Drakkon."He answered, then left the Meilin residence. Qiu yue looked at Long wei's change

Firm and cold.  The face of a leader of this country. "You guys go first I want to be alone."

"I don't let your majesty go alone."Qiu yue prevented the emperor from leaving. "It's my business you don't have to interfere."

"But it's servant's business," Qiu yue said forcefully, he couldn't let the emperor leave with his present condition.

"Well you two go, I will return to the palace." said Physician Ming. Let the two pairs be close to each other.

They both went to the side of the river there was a ladder facing the river. The emperor sat down casually. "What noble clothes are not dirty.

"It doesn't feel good living outside dingding no one's setting you up. Long wei looked at Qiu yue long ago. He reached out touching Qiu yue's shoulder but he said he lowered his hand. Long wei turned towards the river. Without him noticing Qiu yue glanced at him. Qiu yue looked at the wound that was on Long wei's neck, he did not dare to ask for the wound. He did not know the Emperor.

"Qiu yue, Long wei said with a soft voice forcing the girl to his eyes and face him. "I am here speaking not as a king but as a man, but this is not an order or forcing you to be my side. Make me the happiest man, please be my queen.

Qiu yue did not know what he had to say. He wanted a high position with the emperor.

"Hamba is not ready to open the heart of the servant to anyone" Qiu yue replied.

"I will wait until I open your heart to me.Until then I will not die this is my oath." Long Wei said.

The day after that incident Qiu yue looked awkward facing off against the Emperor.He was unable to stare at Long wei's face. While peeking at his feet. Long wei looked indifferent as if that day had never happened.

"Sorry first." Qiu yue looked at the emperor who was reading a serious book. Complained himself.

Qiu yue helped the chef in the palace kitchen all day he daydreamed."There's something you're thinking about, Ting disperse the daydream of Qiu yue, the girl is being misbehaved, "Nothing." Qiu yue continued cooking for the emperor.

"Today Empress Maya allowed me to leave the palace."

"so."

Qiu yue headed towards his room after coming from the kitchen. He saw a man wearing a veil coming out of his room. Qiu yue followed where the person was. Silence - silence. The veiled person passed the bodyguard easily. What this has to do with concubine Maya.

The girl wearing a black veil hat and an all-black hanfu she entered an inn. An old man greeted him.

"Prime Minister Zhao" said the girl, opening her hat.

"Please sit down."

The girl placed her hat on the table, "I brought news of the empress, Lan fen."

"Do you know where my daughter is." Zhao's prime minister's face turned serious. A waiter brought a drink. The girl took a drink that the waiter brought. "What you're offering me." The girl smiled faintly. While putting the wine cup. "You're gonna blackmail me."

"I don't want to if there's no reward, money or gold," he offered his son's price to the most influential old man in Tan's kingdom.

The prime minister of Zhao gave money to the girl

"He's in the custody of Maya's concubine." Moving off the table. The prime minister pointed a sword at the girl."Don't joke where concubine Maya might do that to my daughter."

"If he can poison the emperor he can also kill your daughter." He left when the prime minister's two bodyguards mobbed the girl. The girl drew a sword. With a swipe he began to draw his sword against the guards with a quick and nimble movement he began to slash at them. But he was overwhelmed he ran to the fence post and then jumped down the passing wagon. His feet rested on the haystack, with lightning fast he went from the pursuit of the soldiers.

Without realizing that someone was following him from behind.  He turned around, his face turning pale with the girl in front of his eyes fixated with a sad look.

"Why are you doing this, Ying," Qiu yue could not believe her former servant betrayed her.

"Let me explain miss," Ting said.

"I don't need an explanation from you." Ting approached Qiu yue. "I'm sorry, miss." Ting reached out his hand hitting Qiu yue's stomach making the girl faint. "Bring her in," Ting said. A man wearing a mask approached Ting.

"Okay noble," said the man dressed in black with ponytail hair and then he unmasked. He then carried Qiu yue away from there.  As fast as lightning disappeared like a shadow.
