Doctor Niko's Secret
The image cannot escape

The image was still silent behind the door hearing Niko who kept knocking on her door. He did not dare to open it because he was afraid of meeting Niko and causing new problems. However, Citra's evasive efforts failed because her mother came home after work.

"Eh, there's Mr. Doctor," Siti said to Niko.

"Oh there's Mom? Yes, Mom, I'm going to play for a while. You just got home from work?" niko said as she grabbed Siti's hand for her to kiss, but Siti always tried to avoid because she felt inappropriate if her hand was kissed by a Doctor like Niko.

"Yes, Mom just got home from work. Don't kiss Mom Doc's hands, Mom's hands are dirty."

"It's okay Mom, Niko doesn't think that way." replied Niko. He remembered his mother in the village when he came home from the rice field, so Niko did not feel uncomfortable when she wanted to kiss Siti's hand.

"Don't, just don't. Mom feels bad and inappropriate. Oh yeah, did Citra not come home Doc, is the door still closed?" tanya Siti tried to divert the conversation.

"I don't know Mom, I didn't see Citra. That's why I came here, want to make sure Citra has gone home or not?" answer Niko for who she is. The answer suddenly made Siti's heart moved and amazed at Niko. A rare thing today because there is a noble who wants to be close and care about the poor like Citra family.

If outside the Citra house there is a warm chat between Siti and Niko, another case that happens inside the house behind the door. The image still looks anxious because in the end he has to go back to find Niko. She can't possibly explain if she threatened to stay away from Niko, because it would create new problems for her.

Not long after, the door was knocked back. However, this time it is not Niko who knocks it, but Siti.

"Contra, Citra. Open the door, this is where the Doctor is coming!" siti exclaimed from behind the door while continuing to knock on the rectangular object made of wood. Because he could not avoid it anymore, Citra finally gave an answer and opened the door. He couldn't possibly let his mother stand outside the house for long.

"Yes ma'am, just a minute." shouted Citra. He gave a little pause so that he looked busy inside the house. She was just preparing to meet Niko. Five minutes later, Citra slowly opened the door until it opened wide and revealed the figure of her mother and Niko clearly.

"No Doc, no. The doctor did not bother. Instead we were happy because the doctor was willing to stop by our reot hut. Is that right, Citra?" Siti actually threw a question to Citra, until finally Citra had no choice but to agree to the question.

"Ii-iiya Ma'am." Citra replied with a brick and it had made Niko smile knot. The expression of Citra's face that is tense and looks submissive to her mother makes Niko increasingly like Citra's personality. Obviously Citra was so depressed with his mother's words, but not the least Citra replied in a high or disrespectful tone even though she was actually forced to answer it.

"Yes, I went in first to take a shower and see you in the room. You invite Mr. Doctor inside and make a drink." said Siti to Citra, and again Citra has no choice but to say yes. While Niko, she did not stop holding back a smile because she felt she had the chance.

"Let's Doc, please come in." said Citra while directing Niko to enter her house.
