Dean felt devastated by the injuries he suffered in the battle against genderuwo. He was worried that his injuries would affect his abilities as a member of the Supernatural team.
Dean: (moaning) "I feel like I've betrayed the team. I can't help Alex as long as she's hurt and I can't eradicate genderuwo alone."
Riri: (near Dean) "Dean, don't think like that. We were all wounded in that battle. And you've been fighting so hard to help Alex."
John: (not agreeing) "Right. And you are not alone in dealing with genderuwo. We're a team and we're working together to defeat that delicate creature."
Dean: "But what if I fail to protect my friends? What if I'm not strong enough to fight other subtle creatures?"
Alex: (near Dean) "You know, Dean, that I wouldn't have survived without you. You've been helping me and protecting me all this time. And we'll always be a strong team."
Riri: (adding) "And we will always strengthen ourselves and learn from this experience. We can't control what happens, but we can choose how we respond."
Dean: (smile a little) "Thank you, all of you. I will try not to doubt my abilities anymore."
John: "And we'll always be there for you, Dean."
The Supernatural team then continues its journey as a team of exterminators of the subtle creatures, learning from their experiences and becoming stronger as a team
After learning of Dean's condition, John feels the need to help him recover. He decided to take Dean to a quiet place in the middle of the forest to talk.
John: "Dean, I know you found it hard after the last battle. But you should know, you're not the only one who feels this way. Every team member has experienced trauma in battle, including me."
Dean: "But I feel like I failed, John. I couldn't protect my friends, and I almost died."
John: "You didn't fail, Dean. We are all still alive and now we must strengthen ourselves so as not to experience the same in the future. I'll help you to recuperate and strengthen your mentality."
John then began giving some tips and tricks to help Dean recover, including meditation and breathing exercises.
John: "You should also talk to your friends, Dean. They're your team and they'll always be there for you."
Dean: "I don't want to look weak in front of them, John."
John: "There's nothing wrong with feeling weak, Dean. The important thing is that you keep fighting and trying to improve yourself. Your friends will appreciate it."
After talking to John, Dean began practicing some of the tips and tricks John gave him. He also began to talk about his feelings with the rest of the team, and they all supported him in his recovery process. Although there was still fear and doubt in him, Dean began to strengthen his mentality and was ready to return to battle against the ethereal creatures
Sam: We're always by your side, Dean. We all need to support each other.
Alex: Yeah, you're not the only one who's ever been injured in a battle against subtle-creatures. We've all experienced that.
Dean: But this time I feel different. I was too scared to fight again.
Mary: That's natural, Dean. You were traumatized by the last battle. But you are not alone, we are always ready to help you.
Dean: Thank you all. I will practice all the tips and tricks John gave me. I will strengthen my mentality and be ready to fight again.
The Supernatural team then began intensive training to strengthen themselves. John provides several meditation exercises and breathing techniques to help strengthen their mental state. They also hold physical exercises to strengthen their bodies.
John: "Ok, now let's start with a meditation practice. First of all, find a comfortable position and close your eyes. Focus on your breathing and let your mind calm down."
Dean: "Well, I'm trying to focus on my breathing."
Sam: "I feel more relaxed after a few minutes of meditation."
John: "That's great, now let's move on to physical exercise. We'll start with push-ups and sit-ups. We'll do it in turn, so make sure you're ready."
Cas: "I'm ready, let's get started."
After a few minutes of physical exercise, they took a short break.
Dean: "I feel tired, but also feel stronger."
John: "That's because of good practice. Now let's continue with the battle technique training. We'll practice how to block the attacks from the subtle creatures."
They continued training in battle techniques with different types of weapons. After a few hours of practice, they finished and sat down together.
Sam: "I feel better prepared for the next battle."
Dean: "I also feel more confident now."
John: "That's great, good practice and strong mental preparation will help us deal with the subtle creatures better."
