After nearly 2 months of leaving Karina alone on the island, Andro decides to find his wife. Because after all he could not continue to hang the status of their marriage both in uncertainty.

At the time Karina had started to fall asleep suddenly the door of her house was knocked by someone.

" Doctor Karina! Doctor, please! My wife wants to give birth to a doctor!" said someone behind the door long ago heard by Karina who is currently climbing the dream realm.
