Chapter 09: Capital of the Water Region
Using both my black robes and Valentine's sneaking into the city, every corner of this city was mostly guarded by demons and some of the surrounding humans seemed to side with them.
In the silent alley I saw three men who were about to fuck a woman, I quickly moved to the back of one of them and stabbed the skull bone through his eyes.
The two remaining people looked surprised even so their necks were broken by Valentine to catch up with his partner.
Valentine helped to tidy up the woman's clothes.
"Thank you."
"Go away, and it's a secret that you meet us."
"I understand."
I just saw the woman's departure from the mask that covered my face.
"You okay Lion, your hands are shaking?" ask Valentine.
"This is the first time I've killed a human."
"From now on get used to it, if you let them live one day you know another innocent person will be the victim."
Following the direction from Rion who was still in his sword form we entered the palace, just as we met some demons standing guard, I slashed them until pieces of their bodies fell on the floor.
Our goal is the basement where one of Rion's powers is sealed, if I can use it I will more easily use water magic moreover that magic can also be used as healing magic.
Other than obtaining the permission of the Goddess herself there would be no one who could wear it, which was why it was only I who could take it.
We descended the stairs down until a magnificent altar greeted us inside. There were small pools around it that were filled with glowing water while the ball that sealed Rion's power was placed at its center.
Since the capital has been taken over by the demons there is no one to guard this place until I easily touch the ball.
A stream of sky blue mana moved into my body at the same time that Rion's battle memory entered my mind.
"How's Lion?" ask Valentine.
"It looks like I can use her magic."
"Of course, with this one power I have you have. You better try it by defeating all the demons in this city, some humans must also fight."
I thought about it for a moment.
As I swung my katana a water was created at the end of my sword that was able to drag all the guards.

When I stuck it on the floor, water was created and soaked the city in an ocean.
"Water Magic's... Tsunami Wave."
Valentine used his umbrella to stay suspended in the air.
"That's great, so this is the power of the evil Goddess."
"Of course, I'm the one feared by all living beings praise as much as you want."
Her tone still sucks.
I directed my hand to create a droplet of projectile-like water which rained down on me all the demons until it fell.
Two demons ambushed me from behind using their wings, I swung my sword in one breath and put it in its sheath.

Their bodies spurted blood before they finally fell.
This power is obviously enormous.
"I don't think after all this time it turns out that there are also strong people, whatever. What's clear is that this great Lex is gonna kill you, boy."
"A top-level devil? Do I need to help, too."

Valentine glided up the building and sat down while crossing his legs.
