Chapters 166. Unexpected Events

Chapter 166

Alva can't wait for tomorrow. All supplies are ready. Waiting for the arrival of his parents who are still on the way.

Alfi kept talking about the plane. Alva occasionally responded to the boy's chatter. Though her body wants to rest, Arshy is staying at his friend's house because there are many tasks.

"Papa, why do planes fly in the sky?" alfi asked with the pronunciation of the letters as unclear.

"Because there is a machine that drives the propeller" replied Alva.

"What's that propeller?" ask again.

"Things that can rotate quickly and will move the vehicle. Such as airplanes, helicopters, and boats as well.

"A plane's got Alfi doesn't have a propeller, huh? So it can not fly" said Alfi who has since played a toy plane, souvenirs from Alva when returning from Singapore, first.

"Here's the toy, honey," Alva replies while yawning.

Seeing Alva who was already sleepy, Alfi instead sat down beside him. Then, he broke out while stroking the young man's back. This even makes Alva ticklish.

"Papa sleeps alone, let Afli be sholawat," Afli said as Alva pulled him to sleep.

"No. Alfie should also go to sleep. I'm gonna get on a plane tomorrow, aren't I?" asked Alva while taking a comfortable position.

"You! Want to!" reply Alfi.

Alfi quickly closed his eyes with his mouth muttering in prayer. Alva laughed at the behavior of the two-and-a-half-year-old boy.

Today Alva's schedule for the morning shift, she was forced to leave Alfi at the Dewi's house. Later in the afternoon will be picked up again by him. Milk, snacks, his favorite food, and toys are all available in the boy's carry bag.

"Alfi, follow Oma Dewi first, yes!" tell Alva and the little boy to nod.

"Later in the evening you leave for Singapore?" ask Goddess.

"Yes, Aunt. Father and Mother today will come, he said already on his way. But, later on come to the apartment, let them rest first," replied Alva.

"Safira called Aunty last night. How happy he is that you will visit him again. Even though a week ago he was hooked with Auntie because he only briefly lived in Singapore. How else, the other two Auntie children still need attention. And nothing is still Auntie taking care of it," said Dewi with a faint smile.

"Hopefully Safira can be brought to Indonesia this time," said Alva and Dewi also hope the same.

Alva just came out of the operating room after lunch hour passed. After cleaning his body, he went to the cafeteria. While waiting for his order to be made, the young man was about to contact his parents. However, he forgot to bring that flat object that was stored in his room.

It wasn't until 15 minutes, Alva was in the cafeteria. He must examine a patient who is under his supervision. Children who are just teenagers, but have kidney failure due to an unhealthy lifestyle. He was mostly the bottled drinks he often bought at school. Not to mention he rarely ate nutritious food.

"Hello, Rizal. How are you today?" ask Alva.

"Didn't the doctor see that I was still in the hospital, that means I'm still sick" replied the boy with a faint smile and Alva instead.

Rizal's situation is better than yesterday. However, his attitude was still like this. Being a doctor is not easy. In addition to having to know what type of disease suffered by patients, they must also be able to provide support and encouragement so that they always think positively can cure the disease.

"I hope that the pain you feel continues to decrease from day to day, until you can move as usual that you live so far. I always pray for your recovery and can do the things that make you happy" Alva replied.

Tiredness after surgery that takes a lot of time. Then, face the unfriendly patient. Makes Alva feel exhausted many times over today.

Arshy was seen running in the hospital corridor while holding Alfi. Of course it made Alva wonder.

"What's up, Deck?" alva asked as soon as they faced each other.

"There is bad news, brother," answered Arshy with gasping breath and puffy eyes.

Alfi who was in Arshy's arms was silent looking at Alva. Usually, the boy will immediately ask to be carried if he sees it.

"Bad news, what?" alva asked with a feeling of unease.

"The car that my father and mother were riding in was in a series of accidents" answered Arshy screeched. Her tears rolled down her cheeks.

Alva's body immediately fell to the floor. He felt like all his energy was gone somewhere. He had not expected that there would be such an unexpected event like this. Even though yesterday he and his parents were very enthusiastic to visit Safira in Singapore. But destiny says something else.

"Then, what about mom and dad now?" alva asked softly trying to control himself.

"They are currently at the Merdeka Hospital. I just got word from the police who called through my mom's cell phone" replied the girl in a green bottle.
