Ch.457 - A Long Short Holiday
Tan, Teo and Tom went around looking at Doctor Mari's entire building in Mundebris. But because there was no elevator, they had to take the stairs. Tom who has higher stamina than Tan and Teo is already far away on the last floor which is the 77th floor which is the roof of the building. While Tan and Teo are still on the 36th floor, it also seems they will have fainted and can no longer afford to go up.
The floors one through five were occupied by Doctor Mari as a clinic as well as a private place. The sixth to twenty floors are occupied by tenants with different businesses. The twenty-first to seventy-five floors are rented as apartments or just to stay for a while like an inn in general. The seventy-sixth floor became Doctor Mari's private place again.
"You said the mall is not also .. you want to say the hotel is not also .. I don't know what to call it by ..." said Teo who was out of breath.
"I admit Doctor Mari is not clear in managing this building. As just carelessly ..." said Tan agreed.
"But, it looks like a success too ..." said Teo.
"Yes .. fortunately it looks like that ..." said Tan.
"It's ideal for a Half-Man who doesn't know where to live." Teo said.
"It looks like we don't need to find Cain a house" Tan said.
"He won't want to stay here .." Teo said.
"It's also true .." said Tan.
"I can imagine what he would say, 'I would rather stay on the streets than have to live here!' it must be so he would say." said Teo mimicking Cain's very accurate way of speaking even while exhausted up the stairs. Tan spontaneously laughed at Teo's perfect imitation.
Meanwhile, Tom arrived first on the last floor or on the roof. Now waiting for his two brothers to arrive while leaning on the barrier with the wind is quite strong because it is at a height. Tom could see from a distance how vast the city was from the height of the 77th floor building.
"It's even more varied than in Mundclariss ... because of the colorful lights." said Tom praising the night view of the Mundebris of the City of Inciadicorcre, "A long night with no daylight ...."
It took Tan and Teo a long time to get to where Tom is right now.
"I admit your stamina is great!" teo said instantly laying himself praising Tom.
But another with Tan who unconsciously continued forward walked stunned by the sight when his legs were like numb and had no more energy to lift.
"When you can survive in a fight with such stamina ..surprisingly too!" said Tom.
"You've never been beaten by someone who's out of breath?! be carefull! you could've just felt the power of someone who's exhausted" Teo threatened.
"What is a threat?! there was no part that felt threatening at all!" the word Tom makes Teo more emotional.
But unfortunately Teo did not have the energy to wake up, he could only force himself to laugh to vent his frustration.
"Mostly it's not stamina that keeps us in the fight but it's determination .." Tan said laughing.
When Teo's breath felt stable, then he could see the night scene there.
"CaaaiiiiiiNnnn!" shout Teo.
"What are you doing?!" Tan and Tom are ashamed to see Teo's behavior.
"Where are you?! you still eat hard, right?! keep reading for sure! it must have been hard being alone all this time .. I hope you're not so boring!" Teo emphasized every sentence in his shout.
"Stop!" tom shouted to hit Teo.
Tan simply smiled, "An impressive short vacation ..." while looking around again.
"Basic shame!" Cain continued to cover his face, not because he did not want to be recognized by the other Quiris but because of the sudden embarrassment of hearing Teo's laughable scream from the roof of the 77th floor building in the City of Inciadicorcre, "Take it easy ... How could I be such a boring person?!" in the end Cain also replied as he passed by among the crowd, "It turns out they were here. I thought I was wrong to think that their aura felt near here because I missed it they were here."
Their holiday should end briefly. Tan, Teo and Tom return to Mundclariss at Camp Incia.
"Huhh?!" Tan frantically looked at the campground when he arrived and there was no sound or students wandering around, "Don't say ...."
"Em, don't tell me!" said Felix who arrived behind the three of them.
"I guess we weren't that long ..." said Tom unaware of the time that had passed because it was too carried away.
"Well, he said Mertie would kill us if it looked ..." said Teo, looking at the incoming notification all the way back.
"Nothing happened, so you don't have to worry!" felix.
"So, everyone's home?!" tanya Tan still did not want to believe it.
"Yes, everything is done .. Just the last bus leaves!" felix.
"So ... How do we get back?!" Teo had imagined himself walking off the highway again, "You should find a way to get us home by car .. or call us back when the last bus is about to leave."
"Basic is shameless! I should have just left you! I stayed because of your pity to the point of confusion everything is where ..." said Felix.
Moments ago before the last bus was due to leave ....
"It looks like I should call them back ..." said Felix started looking for the whereabouts of the Three Twins but when Felix saw Mundebris, the three of them were engrossed in eating snacks along with Doctor Mari. So Felix had to undo his intentions.
(Return to the present!)
"If I had, I would have said that our class camp was now starting" Teo said thinking of a prankster in Felix's position.
"I am the same as you! I'm not that dirty, you know?!" felix.
"What do I expect from the King Boring the Whole World" Teo said.
"Try saying it again?!" challenge Felix.
Teo had already run to save himself from Felix's wrath.
"He's the one who's looking for trouble himself!" tom said he felt no pity at all as Teo rolled around on the ground as he continued to stumble running at full speed without seeing clearly.
"Felix is also nosy actually .. Just look at him! he could have caught Teo Daritadi but kept giving him some leeway and gave Teo a chance to run" Tan said.
Teo had already run away from the campground while Felix was still chasing after him. Tan and Tom just passed the camp manager's office.
"Why does Mertie keep complaining about our departure?! nothing happened either. .. There was Felix too!" tom said astonished to see Mertie's meaning in the endless group chat.
"That's the problem! because Felix was accompanying him ... Mertie likes to rule while Felix doesn't like to be ruled. I think Mertie's stressed about not being able to control Felix as she pleases .." Tan said, making Tom laugh.
"Hem?!"
"What's up?!" tom asked to see Tan stop stepping.
"Maybe I saw it wrong .." said Tan again walking, thinking there was one of the camp officials who looked at him.
