Ch.280 - Demon Hunters
Felix, Tan and Teo were forced to use the Bemfapirav route to catch up with Tom because public transport would no longer operate after 10 p.m. The government is really trying to use every means to suppress the murder victim figure of the perpetrator forgetting that memory.
"You still can't call a horse?" ask Teo.
"It's okay, Tan can be with me. Caelvita's horse can carry anyone" Felix said.
"Is this natural happening Felix? since you said this was no big deal so I wasn't too unthinkable ... but it's been a long time and Tan still can't summon his own horse? didn't all Quiris Mundebris match one horse in his lifetime?! although Tan is human but he is Alvauden which indicates that he has become Quiris as well, it seems strange that I can do something that Tan can not do.." said Teo.
"You still have a lot of other things you can do Teo, which I can't do .." Tan smiled.
"Don't worry about it Teo, there'll come a time when Tan can call his horse. It's just that time hasn't arrived ...." Felix then ordered Edelhard to escort him as quickly as possible.
"It's this fast but we'll still be very late to arrive .." Tan said.
"We just hope Tom doesn't do anything stupid before we come" Teo said.
Edelhard and Mardelle drove so fast they took them to their destination.
"Just calm down Young Master, we'll be there in 15 minutes" Mardelle said so confidently.
"It was 15 minutes but in Mundclariss, we spent three hours. As soon as we can, it will still be until 1pm at Tom's place." complained Teo.
"Just relax, Tom is smarter than you. He'll definitely be able to last for three hours, whatever the case .." Tan said.

In Mundebris salt is something rare. So rare, making the price very expensive. But at least regular salt for cooking purposes is cheaper than Ruleorum Salt. Common salt is brought from Mundclariss legally or illegally. Sometimes some use the opportunity to reap huge profits.
Ruleorum salt itself serves to repel something or someone who intends evil. So, it not only works for Devils or Malexpir alone but even for humans who intend evil though.
"Let's go to dinner, Tom!" the grandmother shouted from inside the house.
"Eat dinner? this is more precisely called dinner!" tom said he had no intention of entering because he was standing guard outside the house.
"What are you doing there? it's cold! come on in ...." The grandmother opened the window to see Tom standing like an electric pole that did not move at all but if touched seemed to be immediately electrocuted or hit by a sensitive Tom.
"The devil seems to always be there, waiting to see someone walking at night .... After seeing my arrival will not make things worse right?" Tom came to get a new fact but is currently regretful because of his decision that could endanger the villagers with his presence, "The devil will easily kill me.." he said inwardly.
"Grandma, whose grandmother's name?" tom asked after sipping on the warm soup.
"Hylmi." replied Grandma who then turned on the tv using her hand pressing the power button on tv directly.
"Hylmi's grandmother?" exclaim Tom.
"Yes right ..." said Nek Hylmi.
"Nek Hylmi has a tv remote! no need to bother pressing the power button" said Tom astonished.
Tom sighed harshly, "So, now you know right? don't make yourself hard again! day ... Grandma if from town try to go home in the morning or during the day."
"I'll make sure you get home in the morning or noon tomorrow!" nek Hylmi said.
"And make me the last foreign guest to enter this house! don't trust strangers too easily, Grandma! the world is not filled with good people like the grandmothers of all but bad people are actually more.." said Tom.
Nek Hylmi doesn't listen to Tom and only walks into a room after turning off the television this time by using the remote, "You're sleeping here!" Nek Hylmi came out of that room.
"Grandma hear not what I said earlier?" ask Tom.
"I can judge for myself who I should bring to this house to serve a warm dinner and I prepare a warm blanket to sleep on" Nek Hylmi said walking towards her room.
"Thank you ...." Tom said that without realizing it. Nek Hylmi did not turn around and just went straight into her room and turned off her room lights.
Tom turned off all the lights inside the house and went out walking around the village. With a cloth bag containing Ruleorum Salt. Though Felix gave it to Tan, Teo and Tom to be used as a backup in case something happens. Just needing to make a line circle using salt will protect from any bad thing. But Tom uses it wastefully by sprinkling it in front of the fence of houses or the entrance of houses in the village.
Tom did not stop turning around, afraid that behind him was the Devil he had seen.
"Retreat young man!" shouted Someone.
Tom turned around to check the origin of the voice and found an old man holding a very wide sword.
"Whose uncle?" ask Tom.
"Go back to your house right now!" yelled at the uncle again.
Tom was upset that he was being ignored and was not given the answer he wanted to hear so Tom approached the uncle's side and finally saw a man in a full suit.
"Don't you think he's being possessed by a demon just now?" tom asked inwardly, "But who is this uncle?" Tom turned to look at that Uncle who looked not afraid at all.
"Did the man go after him so this uncle was protecting him?" Tom analyzed.
"There's going to be an unpleasant thing to be seen by a little boy like you, so hurry up and go!" said the Uncle.
"What will uncle do? attacked him? is he chasing uncle or what?" ask Tom.
"No, I'm the one who's waiting for him, looking for him, preparing to attack him and kill him right now. Because it is a duty of a Demon Hunter." replied the Uncle.
"Huh? this uncle is a demon hunter? I've never heard of anything like it, is he Half Viviandem too or what?" ask Tom in my heart.
"So, uncle will kill him?" ask Tom.
"Yes, so go now!" the uncle shouted.
"Then let me help you!" said Tom pulled out his Sesemax.
"You're this? not an ordinary kid?" asked the uncle who said the Demon Hunter saw Tom bring up a bright green shining weapon.
