Ch.224 - Curse
"I should have sewed your mouth last night .." said Cain through thought.
"It's not my mouth that speaks ..." replied Haera.
"It should be your mind that I sewed first!" reply Cain.
Haera kicks Cain's cheek and pulls Cain's hair and then takes a rubber hairband from his bag to serve as a weapon.
"What's this all of a sudden?" teo asked astonished to see Haera so angry that Cain did nothing.
"They must be talking through the mind .." said Tom.
Cain realized Felix kept looking at him but kept trying to be ordinary.
"Thank you for the tips!" said Mr. Driver.
"Wait for me to ask for a tract sir .." said Cain jokingly as he descended the stairs down from the bus.
The bus they had just boarded from the parlour had already passed, it was time to wait for the second bus that actually drove all the way to the stop near the school.
"I hope he doesn't pass .." Felix said.
"Who? the driver's daughter? why indeed?" ask Teo.
"Schools aren't safe so, why are people so eager to sign up ..." Felix replied.
"Gallagher is indeed the best school in Yardley, no wonder if many are interested in entering, especially now that it has opened up to SMP and SMA levels" Tan said.
