UNLUCKY

UNLUCKY
Ch.142 - The Game Begins!

Goldwin ran with all his might through the passing humans because he was in the middle of the city. Cain had difficulty chasing Goldwin, fortunately Goldwin changed its size to large so it can still be seen by Cain even from a distance. Shortly after, Goldwin stopped in the middle of the road, causing Cain, who was running, to end up hitting him, "Aw!" Cain was in pain from hitting Goldwin who was as hard as that rock.

People look at Cain as if he is looking at a strange person because he did not hit anything but fell because Goldwin's existence can not be seen by human eyes. Even those who have the power to see ghosts will not be able to see Goldwin who is a Mundebris creature.

"That's the guy!" exciting Goldwin.

"Eh, is he human?" cain thought Franklin was the Devil.

"He's like you! Half Human, Half Viviandem!" Goldwin.

"Did?!" Cain dumbfounded.

Cain forgot the fact that it was not only him who was Half-Human, Half-Viviandem due to being too focused on Efrain that the Devil finally forgot if humans could commit crimes moreover Half-Viandem who had power.

"That shining white aura signifies she's half Viviandem what?" ask Cain.

"He's Half Aluias!" goldwin.

"What's he doing here? selling?" cain asked to see the owner of the shining white aura was rolling out a mat and selling a lot of things, "He's looking for money?" Cain did not think the criminals he was chasing were selling casually.

"That's the first step of the game!" Goldwin.

"How much is this flower?" ask a Grandma Franklin.

"10,000 yry!" answer Franklin.

"That's cheap?" The grandmother was astonished by the luxurious Vase she was holding for just that.

"There's been a warehouse wash and the vase has long been no one intends to buy so it's sold cheap!" said Franklin.

"What's he?!" goldwin said it was getting closer.

"Yes! the last!" franklin said with a smile.

"Cain! prevent that Grandma from buying it!" goldwin panicked.

"Gee!" Cain who doesn't know where to start confusion, "Grand, sorry! I have been ordering this vase for a long time!" cain said he began improvising.

"What is it?" grandma asked Franklin, looking disappointed.

"No!" franklin replied relaxed.

"Hem, don't like to lie Cu! if you want to buy this, but you can't lie!" the Grandmother said, "But, sorry this time Grandma can't budge because this Vase will make Grandma a birthday gift!" my grandmother said it started paying.

"Sir, I will buy you a new Vase somewhere nicer and more expensive than this .. I beg you!" the real Cain was too understanding of what Goldwin meant but somehow his gut feeling said he had to stop Grandma from buying the Vase anyway.

"Sorry Cu!" The grandmother had already paid and asked to be cleared by Franklin. It is difficult to resist the temptation of buying the Vase because of its unique and luxurious shape even more so at a cheap price.

"Miss! I beg ... This is for my mother's birthday gift!" said Cain began acting in tears and holding the box containing the Vase.

"What's this?" ask a woman in her 30's saw Cain was pulling each other's box held by Grandma.

The grandmother explained what happened because the woman who asked was the Grandma's daughter.

"I'm sorry, brother! it was bought first by my mother!" said the Princess from Grandma who began to forcefully pull the box from Cain's hands.

Cain still did not want to give up and began to chase and block the steps of the Grandma Princess, "I beg aunt! I will replace it with a better one! i beg!" Cain began kneeling, prompting other passersby to watch the drama of a 10-year-old boy pleading on his knees.

"Please, time won't budge the same little boy!" said the man watching.

The Grandmother's daughter did not feel she had to comply with requests from others and instead called out to the security around the market to bring Cain along.

Cain who was brought by force by security did not stop pleading until the figure of Grandma and her Daughter began to disappear from his view.

"Easy! you did your best!" Goldwin.

Cain intended to damage the vase by breaking it but Goldwin forbade.

"What will happen now?!" Cain began to wipe away his fake tears.

"There's nothing to do anymore! The game has begun!" goldwin said, "The stuff Franklin sold was the item to start the game!"

"Then I kill him!" said Cain stared intently at Franklin who was tidying up his things.

"Killing it will not make the game stop will actually have bad consequences and make the Death Exchange Game not happen but worse!" Goldwin.

Cain's hand trembled with restraining emotions eager to call out to Orogla and slashed at the grinning Franklin.

"Verlin's estimate is correct we should come at this time because preventing the last pair of players is the most effective way to stop the game. But as you can see for yourself .. we can't prevent that item from being taken by the last victim's partner!" connect Goldwin.

"Then, we just need to repeat again today?!" cain said he still didn't want to give up.

"Can't! we can only do this once! somehow but the game is like freezing time even the ones recorded in Leaure's history about this game can never once be prevented and stopped. It is indeed the fate of the victims to die in this game!" Goldwin.

"This is their destiny! I just made it so that their deaths could be watched more exciting ... just like that!" franklin appeared before Cain and Goldwin.

"Over exciting? you think someone's death is entertainment?!" Cain was already unable to contain his emotions and took out his Oroglanya sword.

"I didn't know any Leaure could live in this time?" franklin grinned and slowly began to disappear.

But Cain did not let Franklin, he sliced his hand using the Orogla sword and gave rise to a gold chain directly binding Franklin. Fortunately, Goldwin quickly responded to make a protective line so that the sight of a child slicing his own hands was not seen by people who were there.

Franklin who was on the verge of escaping did not so because of the chain that tied him up all of a sudden, "Don't Leaure not do this? on what authority does a Leaure catch a criminal? shouldn't you just care about how to help the players who will become victims in the near future!"

"Don't lecture me Aluias!" cain said angrily that Franklin suddenly used the function of Leaure as an excuse, "Are you not ashamed as a descendant of Aluias who should have caught criminals instead of being criminals!" Cain replied by using the Aluias function.

It is true that Franklin said that it should not use the power of Leaure to catch criminals but that strangely Cain could do that without having to get punished. Usually after committing the offence, Leaure would be pulled back to the Palace to get the punishment.

"Is it because she's Alvauden or because Viviandem hasn't been resurrected yet?" ask Goldwin inwardly.

It is difficult to know what really happened because there was never a Leaure who served in the Caelvita period has not been official.

Meanwhile Verlin who was still following the faint smell was startled by a very clear smell appearing suddenly, Felix who read Verlin's mind immediately ran after the glowing white aura and got Cain and Goldwin being with someone.

"He ... is that what we're looking for?!" teo said he had trouble breathing because of running.
