PROBLEMS IN RONAL VILLAGE

Before going to the forest, they went to Ronal village for the mission explanation.

"Waahh, ramaya. This village is bigger than any other village I've ever been to." said Noel while enjoying the view of the village.

"Can this still be called a village?. It's like a city" Khenensin said.

"Hey Sheen, Master. Can I walk around the city?." asked Noel excitedly.

"Oh."

Sierra hit Noel on the head and said "No way. Did you forget the purpose for coming here?. The security of this village is at stake."

"Alright, I understand." Noel said, complaining.

A child walked up to them and asked "Sister, do you want to go somewhere in this village?."

"Yes son. Do you know where the village chief's house is?." Sheen replied as he stroked the boy's head.

"Hehehe. of course I know brother. I happen to be a guide in this village. Come, I'll take you to the village chief's house. It costs only two silver coins." said the boy.

"Oh well, son. Thanks though. Take this." Sheen said as he gave the boy two silver coins.

They also followed the boy. After walking a few steps, the boy stopped.

"Son, why stop?" asked the confused Sheen.

"Sister, we've arrived. This is the village chief's house." Answer the boy.

"What!. It's only a few houses away, why don't you just tell it!?. You instead drove us and asked for two silver coins!" Sheen said with a slight annoyance.

"Hehehe. So I'll go first." said the boy.

The boy leaves Sheen and his friends.

"****. I was tricked by a little boy. It's annoying." said Sheen who was upset.

"Haha, Shen. Even though we were deceived but looking at the child's priesthood, isn't that enough for two silver coins?" Noel said with a light laugh.

"You're right, that kid was really cute. I'd love to pinch her cheek!" Sierra said with teary eyes.

"Basic. You guys are defending the boy. Whatever, now back to our goal" Sheen said.

"Tok-tok-tok."

Sheen knocked on the door of the village chief's house.

Shortly after, an old man opened the door.

The old man asked "Do you guys need anything?."

"Is this really the village chief's house?" asked Sheen.

"Yes right. I am the village chief. Do you need anything?." asked the old man.

"So then, we'll just go straight. We received the mission in post by the village chief Ronal. We're here to ask about the details of this mission" Sheen said, taking out the mission papers he had brought.

"Oh, so you are adventurers. Earlier I thanked him for taking my mission. But I've written it in detail on his mission. When I went to look for firewood in the forest, I accidentally saw a group of goblins building housing. I just want you to exterminate them, before they unsettle the citizens" the village chief said.

"So then, then we go straight to the forest" Sheen said.

"Hmm?. What's the commotion?." said Khenzin.

"Come on, we'll see there" Sierra said.

"I'm coming too" said the village chief.

"Bruck."

They went to that crowd.

A baker caught the guide boy earlier and stepped on him on the ground.

"Hey boy, I finally caught you. Now give me back all the bread you stole from me." the merchant snapped.

"I only have this" said the boy, opening his hands.

"What!?. Just two silver coins!?. This is far from enough" said the merchant.

The merchant then beat the boy.

Seeing that Sierra ran to protect the boy and said "Hey, stop!. Why are you beating up a kid like that?."

"That boy steals my bread often. Am I not to be angry!?" replied the baker.

"Are you not able to solve it in a familial manner!?. How much has this child stolen!?" Sierra said furiously.

"If I count them all, it's about fifty silver coins. Do you think it's a little!." said the baker in annoyance.

"That's only fifty silver coins. Take this, now get out of here!" Sierra said.

Sierra gave fifty silver coins to the bread merchant.

"It's a fitting, fifty silver coins. All right I'll go, but if that kid still dares to steal. I will beat him again!" said the baker.

The baker then went back to his trading post.

"Why are you still here?. Disperse right now!" Sierra told the crowd.

The crowd dispersed and left.

Sierra watched the boy who was fainting, he felt a little familiar.

"It looks like he's the kid who cheated us" Sierra said.

"Hmm, you're right. Then just ignore him. He tricked us before" Sheen said.

"He is Rani. A month ago his house caught fire and both his parents died. He's the only one alive. He lives on the streets, he also likes to cheat newcomers or steal food from traders. That's what he did just to survive" the village chief said.

"So the little boy actually had a very difficult life" Noel said with concern.

"You're right, I feel sorry for him, too. But I can't do anything about it." said the village chief.

"What a pity, such a child must suffer such a great deal of suffering. Oh!, that's right too. How about we recommend him as a guild receptionist?. Nana would love to have a new friend!" Sierra said.

"Well, okay. Even though he's been deceiving us. He just did it to survive. Then we'll take him after completing the mission." Sheen replied.

"Can you guys?. Then at least, help him to get a job. So that he is not treated as badly as before" said the village chief, pleading.

Khenzin helped the village chief to his feet and said, "Just calm down the village chief. We will treat him like family

"thank you. Rani is blessed to meet you" said the village chief, wiping his tears.

"Yes the village chief. But we'll leave Rani to you for now. Because we have to focus on the mission first" Sierra said.

"You can hand Rani over to me. I will look after him for now." replied the village chief.

"Then, the village chief. We'll go first." Sheen said.

"Beware of you on the mission." shouted the village chief.

Sheen and his friends go to the forest.
