Gu Lang walked towards the room where he had been summoned by the first elder earlier, to look for the old man.

The large door was opened by Gu Lang and made the first elder and Xi Guan, who was still in the room while talking about the matter that was somehow, jump in shock because of it.

"Please! Why did you enter without excuse!?" It was not the first elder, but Xi Guan who shouted at Gu Lang in annoyance, "Are you tired of living?! You don't want your life anymore!?" Xi Guan came down and pulled out his sword from his scabbard.

The sword had an aura that felt pressing, the blue-colored fog also felt extremely cold. And judging from that, Gu Lang could guess if the spiritual root of the young man before him was a type of ice, like his father's.

"Wait, Xi Guan. Maybe he has something urgent to report." Prevent the first elder, without intending to move from where he currently sat.

Gu Lang clucked disdainfully as he looked at the first elder and Xi Guan then replied to Xi Guan's question, "I? Of course it's here to kill you." Gu Lang said in a relaxed tone, leaning his back against the large support pole behind him and the hand that was sidetracked with a stout in front of his chest.

The two people were shocked to hear Gu Lang's words, even though it was only a mere instant. Because a second after, the two of them laughed out loud at Gu Lang's words that sounded like a joke in their ears.

Even if it was true, what could he be? Just an elite warrior alone had dared to big talk? Not even the need for the first elder to intervene, just Xi Guan alone was enough to chop Gu Lang's body into pieces, he thought.

"just you? By himself? Want to fight us? Don't joke, you arrogant bastard!" exclaimed the first elder while pointing at Gu Lang's face with a flash of anger from his eyes, "Xi Guan, finish him off! If you need to cut the body into small and give the dog to eat." The first elder's words, which suddenly made Gu Lang who was now laughing so loudly.

Gu Lang said, "Only with you? Ha ha come on. Don't joke first elder. Just a dog sycophant like him, won't be able to fight me. What if you just go forward together, wouldn't it be more interesting?" Gu Lang pointed at Xi Guan, when mentioning a dog, then turned to look at the first elder with a look of disdain which of course made the first elder grow even more angry.

"Basic brash!" Xi Guan instantly drew his sword and darted forward towards Gu Lang, with a sword test ready to pierce through Gu Lang's heart and deliver him to meet the king of Yama.

The first elder smirked and turned to look at Gu Lang with a condescending and contemptuous look, yet Gu Lang only replied to him with a faint smile.

Until the eyes of the two morals were rounded instantly, as Gu Lang used his two fingers to hold back Xi Guan's sword that had almost pierced through his body.

"Curtain! What is this ugly toy you call a sword? It defames the swordsmen." Gu Lang muttered as he looked at Xi Guan with his sinister smile.

Gu Lang laughed out loud looking at him, as if Xi Guan was just an entertaining clown to him at the moment and not a threat at all.

"Am I holding it too strong a young man?" he asked in a satirical tone, even though he was younger than Xi Guan.

Xi Guan growled in annoyance, but a sneaky grin appeared on his lips and looked so horrible, except for Gu Lang of course.

Xi Guan said, "Based on a stupid layman! How dare you touch my emerald sword with your bare hands? Ha ha ha soon your body will freeze!"

Yet beyond Xi Guan's estimation, Gu Lang was not at all surprised let alone afraid. He simply stared pettyly at Xi Guan as he said, "Ooh, it won't affect me."

The first elder and Xi Guan widened their eyes when they saw the smoldering black flames appearing around Gu Lang's body, and made the effect of the emerald sword disappear.

"W-how can? All this time no one has been able to break my true ice," muttered Xi Guan who had started to get scared, "Who are you really!?" yells.

Now Xi Guan realized, if the person in front of him was not an ordinary person. Because there was no one with such a high ability in the Xi family, other than the higher-ups.

"You want to know who I am? Well I'll tell you, just think of this as a reminder to you so you can remember who took your lives!"

Gu Lang also showed his true form that was still wearing his mask, of course. It made the first elder and Xi Guan half-dead shocked, and subconsciously their bodies gave a frightened response and trembled violently.

"P-swordsman mask of gold!?" call the two together.

"Now a good call. But take a good look at this handsome face of mine, first elder." Gu Lang unmasked his face and revealed his true face to the first elder and Xi Guan, making the two people even more shocked. "How are you, killer?"

"G-Gu Lang?! How could that golden mask swordsman be, you?" The first elder still could not believe what he saw.

"Don't I tell you if it was just him then he wouldn't be able to defeat me? You even made a war fortress this big, just to hide from me, and you put this little dog against me? It's ridiculous!"

The body of the first elder trembled even more, as he could not see Gu Lang's cultivation base level. And indirectly, it had told him that Gu Lang's level was far above him and of course Gu Lang could easily defeat him.

"Damn! No, I can't die! You're gonna have to try to negotiate with that trash"
