Chapter 77 - Helping Li-Jun

Sometimes the person you once loved can be your rival.

Xiao walked closer. Somehow Chan reflex held Li-Jun's hand which happened to be next to him. He immediately moved his legs before Xiao arrived before him.

Xiao who saw Chan's behavior stopped his steps. Especially when watching Chan's fingers appear to be interlocked with the hands of other men besides himself.

"It looks like you have a rival Xiao!" said Devgan, but Xiao even carved a faint smile on his face.

"If that's what you want, Chan, I'll do it your way!" mumbled Xiao. He did not take his eyes off Chan's back, which was getting smaller.

Chan and Li-Jun had already walked quite a distance away from Xiao's existence. Li-Jun begins to get suspicious of the strange gurgle Chan is showing.

"Hey! you why?" li-jun asked, as Chan kept dragging him.

Chan stopped at a place away from the crowd, and instantly let go of his grip.

"Sorry, I didn't mean anything!" obviously Chan is ambiguous. To make Li-Jun cast a probing gaze.

"You know him?" li-jun asked as he crossed his arms around his chest.

"No." said Chan briefly.

"It doesn't seem like it. You look so nervous, I can even feel the coldness of your hands!" timpal Li-Jun, who of course managed to make Chan widen his eyes.

"No! I don't know him at all!" firmly Chan while trying to cover up his nervousness as much as possible. He was really adamant about wanting to stay away from Xiao. It seemed that Xiao's help service the other day was unable to melt his heart.

"Yes already!" Li-Jun tries to understand. Chan immediately left.

"Wait!" li-jun's call made Chan stop and turn.

"You've used me, and it's not free!" li-jun said as he walked over to Chan.

"Keep what you want?"

"Your name, you haven't mentioned it!" li-jun Pinta.

Chan who heard Li-Jun's wish then chuckled. Because he thinks the will of the man sounds ridiculous. Though he had thought, Li-Jun will make a no-no request.

"My name is Chan!" said Chan.

"You-"

"JUNE!" the loud screeching voice caused the sentence that Li-Jun was about to say to pause. Both he and Chan immediately looked towards the owner of the voice. He turns out to be Kai and his two friends. They were the ones who often bullied Li-Jun.

"Go Chan!" li-jun's orders.

Without a second thought, Chan immediately walked away. She actually felt bad leaving Li-Jun just like that. Even though the man had helped him escape from Xiao's struggle.

'Do I have to help him this time?' thought Chan with eyes closed long enough. 'But if I do troublemaking, I could get punishment from the teacher later.' he continued who was trying to make the right decision.

In the end, Chan turned around and went back to see Li-Jun. However, his steps immediately stopped because he saw Xiao had already acted faster than him.

"Let's go, you don't have to bow to assholes like them!" xiao said as he thrust his hand at Li-Jun who had been sitting on the floor.

"Hey new boy! you don't have to interfere in our affairs!" kei said, he forcefully pulled Xiao's shoulder. Then gripped tightly on his collar. But Xiao, who was used to brute action, looked relaxed to face him. He even carved a wide smile.

"What the fuck! are you even smiling?! are you mocking me? huh!!" kai's growling increasingly tightened his grip.

Xiao turned the puffed-up eyeball. His hand twisted one of Kai's arms.

Xiao, who did not want to get into trouble on the first day of school, immediately released Kai. He didn't mean to break the bone of that full-bodied man.

"Bad you! wait for my vengeance!" threaten Kai while trying to contain his anger. He was immediately taken away by his two friends.

"You really don't have to bother helping me!" Li-Jun who had been silent had finally made a sound.

"Together!" suhut Xiao was confident. The answer is not at all connected with the statements of his interlocutors. As a result, Li-Jun chuckles because he feels funny with Xiao's attitude.

"I'm Li-Jun, I have the same skills as you!" said Li-Jun who suddenly introduced himself.

"What?" xiao asked with a frowning forehead.

"I can see ghosts too." Li-Jun gave a brief explanation, he managed to cause Xiao's eyes to bully.

"How did you know?"

"Let's know, maybe it's one of my other talents."

"Interesting!" Xiao carved a knotty smile.

On the other hand, Chan is seen still watching Li-Jun and Xiao's movements from a distance. The girl hid herself behind the wall. Sometimes he tries to peek.

Chan actually wanted to see Li-Jun, but somehow his attention was always on Xiao.

Chan's heart started to rumble. He now reflexively held onto part of his own chest. Exactly where his heart is.

'This feeling arises again, if I continue to see Xiao's presence in plain sight, how do I forget about it? godammit! why did he show up again!' inner Chan while stomping one foot.

Xiao seemed busy chatting with his new friends. As usual, he was very friendly. His attitude then made many people interested in making friends with him. Both from men and women.

"XIAO!" call Chan. He managed to divert Xiao's attention towards him. But Xiao was seen showing a flat face.

Chan stepped forward in his steps to approach Xiao. Now he was already standing before the man who now had the color of the black hair.

Chan was now the center of everyone's attention because he had dared to call Xiao's name in the crowd. He got a cynical look from the girls who happened to have been smitten with Xiao's good looks.

"I want to talk!" knock Chan over while stretching his eyes. Both of his hands clenched tightly. Because Chan knows very well, if the purpose of Xiao attending school here is because he wants to follow him.

Xiao who had leaned against the wall, immediately straightened his body. He and Chan now exchanged glances.

Xiao showed a confused look and said, "Do I know you?"

Chan who heard Xiao's words was immediately flabbergasted. He did not expect Xiao to act like that in front of his friends. There were even some people who laughed at Chan.

"Easy! why are you laughing?" reprimanding Xiao to his friends, his attention shifted for a moment. Chan took the opportunity to leave.

'So we don't know each other now, okay, all right!' chan said in his heart while brazing a grin on his face.
