Early college days

Rakha was silent, she lowered her head. He doesn't know what to answer.

As the atmosphere turned silent, no sound came out from the mouths of the two.

"It's true that I can never be the best wife for her, because I'm sure she'll never like me who's just a very poor country girl, especially now that I'm just an orphan whose mother doesn't know where the jungle is" Ayunda murmured inwardly.

"I will never let go of what is mine, even if my heart is not on you at least you will act as my wife" Rakha said.

"Then you're gonna let me get caught up in this marriage?" ask Ayunda.

"I promise to give you protection, I will take care of you too, but I ask you not to expect love from me" Rakha told Ayunda.

Ayunda was silent, she did not want to respond to what Rakha said.

Ayunda also chose to close her eyes because whatever Rakha would say would make her hurt.

Ayunda began trying to sleep, and grabbed a beautiful dream in a night blanket.

Rakha also could not do anything, he began to close his eyes, he hoped that one day he could make a happy young girl who is now in his arms.

At 02:15 in the morning, Ayunda awoke from her sleep. He felt his body being squeezed by a heavy burden, he realized the husband's burly arms were still clutching his small body.

Ayunda turned her body slowly then she looked at the handsome face of the husband.

"Darling this handsome face will not be mine, he will only be a shadow in my life" Ayunda said.

Ayunda also tried to escape from Rakha's arms, because he wanted to go to the bathroom to throw away the previous deed.

"Andini, I beg you not to leave me again, I will do anything for you," said Rakha again clutching Ayunda tightly.

"What's? The andini? Is this the woman who fills Bang Rakha's heart?" muttered Ayunda.

"Alright, Bang. I will try not to expect love from you, as long as you remain by my side" Ayunda said slowly.

The young girl also rubbed the clear circle that suddenly fell on her cheek.

He again tried to escape from the arms of Rakha's burly arms, after which he stepped into the bathroom to complete his pending deed.

"Ayun, Ayunda," called Rakha when he realized that his little wife was no longer in his arms.

Rakha woke up from her sleep because she no longer felt the warmth of her little girl's embrace.

"Where is Ayunda? Is he going to the bathroom?" mummified Rakha.

Rakha got up and leaned against the bed, waiting for his wife to come out of the bathroom.

"You awake, Bang?" asked Ayunda when she came out of the bathroom to find Rakha sitting on the bed.

"Where are you going, let's go to sleep again" Rakha asked."

The handsome man completely ignored Ayunda's question.

Ayunda put on a pouting face.

"Geez, let's hurry, here!" rakha said again.

He ignored Ayunda's face which was pouting with a snag.

Ayunda also stepped towards the bed, when Ayunda had just laid on the bed, Rakha immediately pulled Ayunda's body and hugged her.

"Maybe from today I have to get used to being the polar bear's bolster" Ayunda murmured inwardly.

The days passed, Ayunda began to get used to his current life, he tried to stay away from Baim, and Baim did not want to complicate Ayunda's life so he chose to stay away from Ayunda as well.

Although her heart was still reserved for that cute and graceful country girl.

Ayunda lived his days as usual, morning went to school, then noon was at home until nightfall.

During the Final exam in 12th grade, Ayunda chose to study at home with Erika rather than leave the house, Ayunda deliberately did that to keep her husband's self-esteem by not wandering out there.

While Rakha still as usual behaves the same no more no less.

He pays attention to Ayunda as a husband but he also restricts his heart from loving Ayunda.

Now Ayunda has finished High School he will enter the university level, this time he also enrolled at Andalas University where Rakha teaches.

Likewise with Erika, they took the same major as Ayunda.

They chose the Department of Office Administration at the Faculty of Economics, which incidentally Rakha also taught in the department.

The first day Ayunda and Erika entered the class after undergoing a one-week student orientation period.

Ayunda and Erika arrived late in the Office Management course because she forgot at 10 o'clock there would be a schedule of courses again so they were engrossed in chatting in the Faculty cafeteria.
