CHAPTRE. 48 - WOOING THE SPIRIT OF THE GREAT MISTRESS

Shin Yixuan's soul was forcefully pushed back into her body by Yu Yuanyi who was furious at her. He regained his consciousness but the same was not experienced by Shu Ye at this time. Then, the pain in his stomach reappeared so that he could not think anymore.

”I lost a lot of blood. The plant is indeed gone but, I can still feel the pain.” Inner Shin Yixuan grimaced in pain while holding her stomach. Shin Yixuan stood back up while moving behind her, ”... I'm doing fine. This wound is nothing,..” replied Shin Yixuan who then said in her mind, ”... Compared to when I kill you. Hopefully it doesn't really happen.”

Shu Ye also stood up and walked up to him. He asked, ”In these circumstances, can you still run? You're just gonna make your wounds worse!”

Shu Ye took out something from within his pocket and took out a deep red colored pill that was the size of half of a gold coin. ”... You lost a lot of blood. I can't just let you go either. Lady Shin gave so many medicines to you out of fear that you would get hurt. At least, this pill will make the pain fade though briefly.” he said.

Shin Yixuan looked at the pill with a judging look. He had indeed seen it somewhere but, he had no idea what the use of this pill was. He might also be afraid if the one given by Shu Ye was the wrong pill.

He took the pill and watched. However, when he thought of swallowing it immediately, suddenly appeared the roots of a huge tree that instantly attacked them!

Quickly, Shin Yixuan directly pushed Shu Ye to the point of making her accidentally drop the pill. Both slammed into the floor many times until finally hit the wall of the building.

”What is it?” muttered Shu Ye who looked surprised after getting the attack. He did not know what would happen if Shin Yixuan did not move quickly to push him.

”Cih! So, they could grow even though they were not stuck in the ground.” Inner Shin Yixuan noticed. When the two slammed, Shu Ye accidentally elbowed the wound on his stomach to make blood increasingly out of his body.

”Do not get hit by their attacks and also never fight. You will only make them much stronger.” Shin Yixuan said while looking at him seriously.

”Then, we must quickly go from here!” shu Ye exclaimed which immediately pulled Shin Yixuan out through an open window. But, by the time they had reached outside, dozens of vines with poisonous tips of their spines had already surrounded them!

”There is no way out! These guys, really hate their own offspring!” inner Shu Ye who was watching around. Then, his attention was instantly fixated on Shin Yixuan walking in front of him.

”Heh! What the hell are you doing?! Come here!” shu Ye said with a slight shout looking at Shin Yixuan's movements that looked suspicious and a little different.

”Ahh! It sucks! He has made himself hurt.” Shin Yixuan said in a very different tone than before.
