Satisfied with spending time exploring the beauty of the city of Cappadocia, Peter and Rachel return home to their new home. It's in New York City. So long waiting, finally their new home has been completed in renovation.
Rachel seemed amazed by the beauty of the interior design of Peter's mansion. Unichowo. Black color combined with gold dominates each wall. It looks scary but also luxurious because it is made of real gold.
Once until Grace and Damian immediately come looking for Keenan's whereabouts. Grace pulls Keenan away while Peter, Damian, and Rachel sit waiting in the living room.
Repeatedly sighing in worry, Damian wanted to catch up with them. Not willing Grace to linger with another man.
"They know each other? what exactly is going on?" Rachel wondered at the two men sitting opposite each other.
Damian turned his head, the atmosphere getting worse after seeing Rachel's face. "You can just ask your husband's secretary!" indifferent Damian.
"Ck, judes once pissed people off!" hina Rachel, sick of seeing Damian's cool-ass face. Damian obviously did nothing, attracting no attention. Then why did Rachel comment on her appearance.
"Basic bully!" Damian turned insulting, did not accept being humbled by Rachel's spicy mouth.
"How long is it." Damian ruffled his waist, impatient.
Peter shook his head, astonished by this madness of his cousin. Grace is not cheating, but Damian is jealous and ready to burn Keenan with the flames of his jealousy.
"Patience, Grace will not turn away, much more," Rachel said. Back to looking for trouble.
Damian was about to answer, but saw Grace coming out with an angry face and teary eyes. Damian shut his mouth again, choosing to focus on his beloved wife
"I want to go home!" Grace pulls Damian's hand, takes him away from here without saying goodbye to Rachel or Peter.
It certainly offended Rachel a little. However, she had no intention of scolding him after seeing Grace's tears drenching her chubby cheeks.
"What's wrong with her?" rachel asked herself. Then swept a look looking for Keenan's nose.
"Stop!" Rachel stopped Keenan's steps. The man looked empty with a sad face mixed with disappointment. Yes, Keenan was disappointed in himself.
"Kee, what happened earlier. Why is Grace crying?" asked Keenan with a curious look.
"It's not important, miss!" Keenan continued on, passing Peter and Rachel without saluting.
"Kee, you've crossed the line." Peter reprimanded with a piercing cold look. Keenan looked over, not intending to deny. I don't know, tonight the fatigue really took hold of him.
"I'm sorry!" bowing respectfully, before finally leaving without answering Rachel's curiosity. "What's wrong with that guy, I wonder. What happened between the two of them!"
"Do you know something, I mean Keenan and Grace." Peter was silent for a moment, actually he knew the truth.
Yeah, considering this incident started with his investigation. Damian and Peter find out while looking for evidence to bring Belle down and humiliate her in front of her husband's family. But somehow his tongue feels cloudy, reluctant to tell everything. Afraid Rachel gets angry and settles in.
"Peter! say something don't just shut up!" Rachel shouted, rousing Peter from her daydream.
Peter took a breath, out of nowhere he had to start. Peter will reveal the core of the matter.
"You're serious?" make sure with teary eyes. A feeling of sadness enveloped the heart. It's nothing, Rachel admits she used to hate Belle.
When the woman is acting arbitrarily and likes to step on Grace's self-esteem. However, after seeing him repent and paying attention to how he lived the bitterness of life, his conscience seemed to be slashed.
Despite knowing that her life was in pieces, Belle was still trying to rearrange it. Fix everything for the sake of his beloved daughter.
Finding a job is very difficult, especially after the rumors of his marriage with Alex that failed to spread widely. Plus Abigail who was born without a father. Belle was forced to start a career from the bottom. Hoping that one day his daughter would feel proud to have a mother like her.
Just like the others, Rachel also wants happiness for Belle. Where one day Belle can unite with the father of her daughter.
Another case after knowing that Abigail's father is Keenan. The doubt about Keenan's responsibility made Rachel worried. Between agree and disagree.
"When did you know?" Rachel stared at Peter intensely, looking for answers through those eyes. Peter was silent for a while, before finally sitting on the empty sofa right next to Rachel.
"Since Daniel Elard's company went out of business!"
All that time, it was great. Peter had been lying to her for years. And worse they don't care what and how Belle lives her complicated life.
"That long?" Rachel could not understand why they gave the cruel punishment to her best friend's sister. Can't they see the hardships Belle faced especially after giving birth to Abigail. Or are they pretending to be blind.
"If you had seen how blustery his face was at that time. I'm sure you'll feel guilty." Rachel could not help but cry, at that time she accidentally heard the insults Belle often received. Everyone looked down at Belle. It was as if they wanted to cast a black stain on his face.
"Everyone called it the trash of society and called Abigail an illegitimate child. Belle was silent, because she was helpless. There was no evidence that could silence their spicy mouth!"
"His head was always bowed, he felt ashamed of all his past deeds.but, Belle accepted everything with a spacious chest. To assume all the bad luck that befell him is a punishment from God!"
"You know, what's worse?" Peter shook his head, actually he didn't feel guilty for the fact that Belle deserved all the bad treatment.
"He lived his life with a smile on his lips. It was as if the world was welcoming him happily. All expectations are inversely proportional to reality. No one expected his presence!"
"You and Damian are the same. They have no conscience." Rachel stood up and put her foot into the room.
"I don't have no pity, but Belle must also feel what sister-in-law felt in the past. If it is time for him to be happy. I'm not gonna get in the way, because it's none of my business!" Peter followed Rachel into the room.
The two lay on the bed on each other's backs. Peter had no intention of taking the initiative to apologize first. Letting the woman calm down, because Peter knew Rachel was still upset and angry at him.
Damian and Peter did teach Belle a little lesson. But who would have thought if Abigail was also affected.
Keenan, I have to discuss this matter with him. Don't let anyone else's business the distance between us get any further and Rachel won't forgive me.
Peter closed his eyes, enough for today. Let him rest his body and soul. Because tomorrow there are still problems approaching.
