Shin Yu's

Shin Yu's
Dantian Type

Cultivation talent was most commonly seen from the color of his dantian. Cultivators who were destined to be the lowest caste had Oren-colored Dantians, while those who wanted to have a reasonably good life should at least have Yellow-colored Dantians.

Those with above average talent had Blue-colored Dantians, and cultivators who were categorized as Geniuses should have White-colored Dantians.

Of all the Dantian colors present, the Golden Dantian was both the Highest Caste as well as the Peak. Purity, Absorption Speed, Storage Quantity and also Energy Control were far above the White-colored Dantian. In comparison, they both look like Heaven and Earth.

According to historical records, there were only four cultivators known to have Gold-colored Dantians. But now that history was about to change, Shin Yu had become the fifth person to have a Gold-colored Dantian.

"If you get the right cultivation manual, maybe you will become a great figure in the future." Liu Kang touched Shin Yu's head, "I'll talk this over to the Core Elders so that one of them will make you a Disciple."

Shin Yu only nodded once because he did not understand it too much.

Liu Kang smiled faintly then walked back with the boy while imagining the bright future that would happen to the sect 5 Sword Kings.

......................

Every day Liu Kang always provided useful knowledge for Shin Yu's growth. Thanks to the genius of the child, he does not need to teach the same thing repeatedly so that he can tell more knowledge.

For approximately one week, the two of them continued to walk on the path that was reserved for the traders. For the umpteenth time, they found lodging on the side of the lane.

Usually Liu Kang would not stay at the inn because he wanted to save money to buy Shin Yu's needs when he arrived at the next city, but he felt sorry for the boy because along the way he had to sleep on hard ground with a makeshift pedestal.

"It seems like it doesn't matter sometimes." Liu Kang muttered, then brought Shin Yu inside the inn.

The atmosphere in the inn was quite quiet and there were only a few people who were enjoying dishes and wine at the tables and chairs that had been provided.

Liu Kang immediately approached the counter and ordered a room on the second floor, ordered some meat and vegetables and asked the cashier to bring them to the room.

After being in the inn room, Liu Kang told Shin Yu to clean up.

Shin Yu simply nodded obediently, then cleaned herself up and changed her already dirty clothes.

"While waiting for the food to arrive, try to open your Little Meridian" Liu Kang said calmly.

The Little Meridians are 361 points, and not all Humans have the same Small Meridian location. So to open it, Shin Yu had to make an effort by herself to do deep meditation.

Shin Yu did a cross-legged position on the floor, while Liu Kang watched her not far from there. Then, he adjusted his breathing and began to close his eyes.

Less than a single stick of incense was burning, Shin Yu opened her eyes and turned her gaze towards Liu Kang.

"I found one Little Meridian point, should I open it now?" asked Shin Yu calmly.

Liu Kang was a little surprised because Shin Yu was able to find her Little Meridian points in just one try.

"Yes, you can open it." Liu Kang gave a small nod and noticed Shin Yu's hand that started to move.

Shin Yu herself grabbed a piece of her neck quickly and instantly a single point of her Little Meridian opened. By the time that happened, Shin Yu could feel that if her body was going through a slight change, she could begin to feel the energy around her.

"It's incredible..." Liu Kang patted his hand softly, "You managed to open one Little Meridian point in one try, it was a proud achievement."

"Yes, that's right."

"Can I do it from now on?"

"Yes, you can do it, but don't be too hasty and do it after arriving at the sect." Liu Kang said with a smile and in the next second there was a knock on the door.

Liu Kang opened it and found a waiter carrying a wooden tray with some food on it, he immediately picked it up and gave a tip to the waiter in return.

After that, Liu Kang closed the door of the room and invited Shin Yu to dinner first.

After dinner, Shin Yu wanted to reopen her Little Meridian and Liu Kang only gave a small nod as a sign to allow it.

It was almost midnight and Shin Yu was still trying to find her Little Meridian through deep meditation, she had already managed to open the three points of the Little Meridian so that her body was increasingly sensitive to the surrounding energy.

"It's late at night, we better rest because the trip still takes about one more week." Liu Kang patted Shin Yu on the shoulder and made the boy open his eyes.

"Good." Shin Yu nodded, before standing up she pegged her left abdomen.

Liu Kang slightly flinched when he saw that, then asked, "Did you manage to find another Little Meridian?"

"Yes, right before the Elder patted me on the shoulder." replied Shin Yu calmly.

"You are a genius child." Liu Kang smiled faintly, "Then, let's sleep."

Shin Yu once again nodded before climbing onto the bed and laying down herself on her back.

......................

Bam!

A loud clashing sound suddenly rang out and made Shin Yu's eyes instantly open, he woke up and found Liu Kang standing beside the door holding a sword.

Liu Kang who realized Shin Yu woke up immediately gave a sign to keep his mouth shut, not long after that the room door was smashed to shreds and showed a middle-aged man with a plontos head holding a machete filled with fresh blood.

The middle-aged man stepped inside the room, when he had just passed through the entrance of his neck directly pierced by Liu Kang and his head was chopped off very quickly.

After which, Liu Kang immediately ran over to Shin Yu and held onto both shoulders, "A group of bandits looted this inn, they are not ordinary bandits. I'll help the guest of the inn fight those bandits, you hide or get out of here as far as possible, okay?"

Seeing the seriousness of Liu Kang's face made Shin Yu immediately nod in understanding.

Liu Kang took out a sword from empty air and gave it to Shin Yu, "Can you lift it?"

Shin Yu took out a sword that was about the same height as her then tried to lift it, it was indeed quite heavy but it was not impossible to use it.

Liu Kang smiled looking at that then held Shin Yu's head with his right hand, "I'll be back, so don't worry."

Shin Yu gave a small nod while Liu Kang went straight to the ground floor and helped the visitors fight against that group of bandits.
