Shin Yu's

Shin Yu's
The Journey to the Main Headquarters of the Ancient Blood Organization

After the contract was intertwined, Fang Lin took out the sheet of paper and stored it back in the storage ring space.

"Congratulations, you have become an official member of the Ancient Blood organization." while smiling Fang Lin congratulated, as well as Gu Shanzeng who had been silent since then, "Then let's go to the main headquarters. The chairman and the other higher-ups will definitely be pleased with your arrival..."

"Does it matter if I get out of here without telling anyone?"

"It doesn't matter because you've basically never been enrolled in this Military Academy, I controlled Nam Jin from behind the scenes so he wouldn't have to register you as a soldier and train for three years." Fang Lin replied casually.

"So that's why, are you threatening him?" Shin Yu asked as she recalled Nam Jin's movements back then.

"More or less like that..." Fang Lin smiled faintly, then pointed at Shin Yu, "From now on, you should call me senior, understand?"

"I understand, senior." Shin Yu immediately replied.

Fang Lin nodded in satisfaction hearing that, then took out a black coat from empty air and handed it to Shin Yu, "This coat is specially made for the Ancient Blood assassins, after all, you have to wear it every time on a mission except at certain times."

"It's too big." Shin Yu received the black coat that was the size of an adult.

"Just wear it, the coat can adjust the size of the user's body." Fang Lin replied quickly.

Shin Yu immediately put on the black coat, and in the next second the coat began to shrink to match her size.

Seeing that Shin Yu was already wearing her coat, Fang Lin immediately took her away from there with Gu Shanzeng. Because the coat was able to hide the presence of its users, their presence during their time in the Military Academy was almost unknown to anyone.

The three of them walked towards the outside of the city after successfully exiting the Military Academy. During the trip, the atmosphere was quiet because no one started talking.

Shin Yu quietly glanced towards Gu Shanzeng, there were some questions that made him a little curious about her. But on the other hand, he had already speculated on all of those questions.

"Are you wondering why I work under the young master?" Gu Shanzeng glanced at the little boy to his left.

"Yes." Yeah." Shin Yu only answered briefly.

"There is no special reason, because from the beginning I was a subordinate of the young master." said Gu Shanzeng, then touched his left cheek with his index finger, "This is a fake face, this is a fake face, I killed him before he met you."

Shin Yu was not too surprised to hear that because the answer was included in her speculation, "So I started my life as a killer, huh?"

***

The main headquarters of the Ancient Blood Organization was located on the border of the Zhang Empire and the Ming Empire, or rather the Headquarters was in the Neutral territory that no Empire possessed.

Fang Lin wanted to make use of their travel time for Shin Yu to cultivate. Right now, Shin Yu was still at the 1-star Forging Qi level as he had never cultivated again since entering the Military Academy. Fang Lin planned to help Shin Yu by purchasing the resources needed during the trip.

By taking advantage of the travel time in the horse carriage and the available resources, there was a possibility that Shin Yu would ride several stars within a month.

"What! You've opened 20 little meridians?! Damn, that's totally crazy..." Fang Lin was very surprised after hearing Shin Yu's reply.

Before Shin Yu started cultivating inside the horse carriage, Fang Lin asked how many small meridians he had successfully opened. He was so shocked to learn that the 10-year-old had opened 20 small meridians.

"It hasn't even been a year that he stepped on a cultivator's path, but he's like an experienced person. His talent is truly extraordinary..." Mun Yong gave an opinion, he was Gu Shanzeng whose face had currently turned into a middle-aged man with an incision scar on his neck.

"I, who is often called a genius, somehow felt unworthy of it." Fang Lin let out a long sigh, then looked at Shin Yu, "When you're about your age, opening up five small meridians is already a great achievement for me. But you, make me really envious..."

Shin Yu did not react much and her gaze looked flat, according to him finding a small, closed meridian was not a difficult matter.

"Well, the more small meridians you manage to open, the harder it will be to find the rest. There's a time when you'll be frustrated with the difficulty of finding your little meridians." Fang Lin nodded a few times, as if to comfort himself.

Shin Yu did not say anything, she closed her eyes and began to absorb the energy around her. Not for a minute, Shin Yu who was at the one-star Forging Qi level instantly broke through the next star, his rise could be seen from the thickening of the Qi that enveloped his body.

Fang Lin and Mun Yong were surprised by Shin Yu's star ascension, as this was the first time they had seen someone with a Golden Dantian so it was only natural that they reacted so.

"Fastly, whereas the Qi layer in this place was not very dense but he could rise stars easily." Fang Lin could not help but be amazed, "The potential of the Golden Dantian is indeed terrifying..."

"I'm sure, in 10 years this kid is capable of touching the level of Golden Core or even Nascent Soul." Mun Yong said in an astonished voice.

"That if he doesn't receive the proper Cultivation Manual, should he have it then touching the Nascent Soul level in ten years is something for sure." Fang Lin replied quickly.

"You're right, Young Master." Mun Yong immediately nodded in agreement.

"I was curious, if he were to obtain a proper Cultivation Manual with the entire small meridians already exposed, how frightening would his energy absorption be?" Fang Lin wondered with a goosebumping feeling as he imagined that.

"It's hard to imagine that, Young Master. However, according to the story from what I heard about Yu Zhong, the absorption speed as well as the purity of his energy could be tens of times that of the geniuses of the great sects." Mun Yong replied.

Yu Zhong himself was a fourth cultivator who possessed a Gold Dantian, he came from the White Stream and occupied the Heavenly King sect. At that time, he was dubbed as the strongest cultivator in the World, but unfortunately 13 years ago the title was taken by others after his existence disappeared suddenly without leaving a trace.

The impact of Yu Zhong disappearing was obviously enormous, the black stream became a little more wild and the Heavenly King sect had a decline in terms of combat power so they were no longer the number one sect of the white stream.
