Vanessa's New Tasks and Novels to Film

"Well..." Sandra let out a long breath after being silent for Azam's explanation and the photos she saw on Azam's phone.

There is no evidence that Gian did this, but if this is true, the film will fail. If the film fails, then she and Yanna Cosmetics will be very losers.

Azam also just kept quiet and did not say anything because this was not his business. He just waited quietly for what Sandra would decide next.

"Azam, you want money?" It was what Sandra said to Azam after she struggled with her thoughts.

"How much?" azam asked seriously because she understood the meaning behind Sandra's words.

"20 million. But it can be more and less depending on your performance" Sandra said after thinking for a moment.

20 Million is not much for Sandra who is a descendant of the Yanna Family and the owner of the Yanna Cosmetic Company who has assets of hundreds of billions or even trillions of rupiah.

"Can I ask for another reward?" azam asked after thinking that he already had a lot of money, and now he thought of something.

"Tell me first, I'll work on it." Sandra did not immediately accept Azam's terms, but asked Azam to say it first.

"Well, I know that my money is from tasks like this. So I need a steady flow of money, and I have an idea to invest in this movie. If you can't, then please suggest me another investment place" Azam said.

"On this film alone," Azam said without hesitation.

"OK, I accept," nods Sandra who accepts Azam's terms.

Azam wanted to invest because he thought that his money could run out if he did not perform tasks from the rich or when he did not use the Scanner System if he was sick or idle.

So he wanted to make money without having to work physically and stocks or investments could be operated by computer, although this depends on certain situations.

Then Azam said that the money from his investment will be given to Orphanage Matahari because there is safer and orphanages certainly need a lot of needs.

Azam will invest in his own name later, because his priority now is the Sun Orphanage, where he grew up.

"Then, can you give the results quickly?" sandra asked Azam because he needed accurate information before the film was officially released.

"Can't promise because Gian is a famous young artist, but I'll do it!" Azam nodded, but he could not promise to finish quickly.

"That's okay, I also understand the situation," nods Sandra who doesn't mind about it because approaching Gian is quite difficult.

After that, Azam was allowed to go home by Sandra. Azam nodded, he immediately went to the parking area because he was on a motorbike, after which he went home to Vanessa's apartment.

"I'm home!" azam said after opening the door and taking off her shoes.

"Azam! You're home yet?" Vanessa came out of the kitchen and said to Azam who had just entered the apartment.

"Yes, what are you doing?" azam asked Vanessa because she saw him coming out of the kitchen.

"Nothing, just making tea. You want one?" vanessa asked Azam while she went into the kitchen.

"By the way, where have you been? I see you're very tired." Vanessa came out of the kitchen carrying a tray and asked Azam curiously.

"Well...I'm working. One job is done, and another. That's why I'm so tired today." Azam let out a long breath, then he answered Vanessa's question.

"Working hard is good, but please don't push yourself, Azam." Vanessa sat down next to Azam and said with a sweet smile.

Azam was stunned with a sweet smile well shown by Vanessa. He smiled and shook his head, then he drank the tea that Vanessa had made.

"Azam, you haven't read my novel yet, have you?" vanessa asked Azam.

"Ah.. Sorry." Azam smiled awkwardly while scratching the back of his head because he had not read Vanessa's novel.

Vanessa shook her head and said, "It's okay. I just wanted to let you know that my novel was adapted into a big screen movie a few days ago. Maybe you can watch it when it's released."

"really!? Wow, you're so cool! Your novel must be really good!" Azam widened his eyes in surprise. The news that came out of Vanessa's mouth was very happy news.

"Hehe. I was lucky, because my editor convinced the superiors," Vanessa said with a smile.

Vanessa then explained that there are two good novels that can be adapted into films. But the investor can only choose one because to make a film requires a very large cost.

Because of this, Vanessa's editor tried very hard to convince superiors that the novel written by Vanessa was adapted into a feature film.

And the hard work done by the editor Vanessa bore fruit. The superiors agreed to have Vanessa's novel adapted into a film, so they immediately notified the investors.

"Heh~ You must give a gift to your editor, Van." Azam smiled. He was completely amazed by Vanessa's editor for her efforts. That means, the editor had a good relationship with Vanessa.

"Sure, I'll go shopping!" Vanessa turned to Azam and said with her sweet smile again.

Azam was stunned, but this time not because he saw Vanessa's smile, but because of her words. Azam regretted that he had advised Vanessa to give him a gift because he would be shopping with Vanessa which would be very tiring.

"But what was the title of the novel that was adapted into a film?" azam asked curiously to Vanessa.

"The Title 'Before Dark Begins'." Vanessa told me the title of her novel was adapted into a movie.

"Before the dark begins, why do I feel like I've heard this name before?" Azam frowned. He closed his eyes and thought where he had heard the name.

[That was the name of the movie that was filming in Setu Babakan earlier. Has the host forgotten? Not a few hours yet.] The system tells Azam his answer in his flat tone.

"Oh, right!" Azam opened his eyes and said in a loud voice.

"Why?" Vanessa looks at Azam suspiciously because Azam is acting strangely.

"Vanessa, this is a coincidence. I have a job at Setu Babakan, precisely on the set of the movie 'Before Dark Begins'," Azam said in a surprised tone.

"What's!? Really that!?" Vanessa covered her mouth as she was also very surprised by the coincidence that occurred.

Azam then told about his job as a guard on the set in Setu Babakan. But he didn't tell her everything because it wasn't something that could be told.
