After independence back to the orphanage, Adeng asked Azam, "Azam, whose car are you wearing? It looks so good."

The solar orphanage is a small building and has to accommodate many children. But fortunately there are still many good people in this world who want to donate their money here.

But despite this, Adeng never renovated the building because the donation money was used for children's needs such as clothing, food, and education.

"Wait a minute, I'll have the person's number from the construction." Azam recalled that he had once helped people from the construction company, so he immediately looked for his contacts.

The person referred by Azam is Hendra Setiawan, the owner of Tiger Construction company that he once helped when he found his 5 million rupiah money.

Azam finds Hendra's contact and calls him right away. "Hello, Mr. Hendra. Do you remember me?"

Hendra's voice came from behind the phone, "Azam, I remember. By the way, don't use formal language, just relax."

"Haha, okay." Azam laughed a little because Hendra's personality was very good.

"But why did you call me? Is there something?" hendra asked Azam.

"Look sir, I'm renovating the orphanage. You are the owner of a construction company, so I want to ask for help from you" said Azam.

Then Azam explained the condition of the Sun Orphanage to Hendra so that Hendra understood and could make a rough picture.

"Renovation, yes, it can. Send me the location, I'll slide right there" Hendra told Azam.

"Oh, you want to come here? Okay, I'm sending you the location now." After hanging up the phone, Azam immediately sent the location of the Sun Orphanage to Hendra.

It didn't take long for Hendra to come to the orphanage, he boarded his personal car and came along with a bespectacled woman who seemed to be his secretary.

"Azam, is this the Sun Orphanage?" asked Hendra while looking at the shabby building in front of him which was already cause for concern.

"Yes, this. How sir, the condition must be renovated, right?" nodding Azam helplessly.

"If you want a good one, just remodel it. You see, this building has been a long time and the foundation must also be fragile" Hendra said after analyzing the orphanage building.

"It makes sense." Azam nodded, he also agreed with Hendra's words because the orphanage building had been around for a very long time.

Then Azam told Hendra that he wanted to make the orphanage building to be spacious and that it would be the building or the yard.

He wanted the children of the orphanage to have a comfortable place to sleep and in the yard they could also play freely together.

But the problem is that the land belonging to the orphanage is not enough for Azam's idea. If he wanted to, Azam would have to buy vacant land next to an orphanage that would not be cheap.

"OK, I'll ask Grandpa Adeng." Azam nodded.

Then they discussed the redevelopment plan. Hendra will use the orphanage land to build a large and spacious new building.

Then the next plan was that once the vacant land next door was bought by Azam, it would be made as a playground for the children.

So even though the vacant land next door could not be bought, it was important that the orphanage had a large and sturdy building so that the children could live comfortably there.

The land belonging to the orphanage is quite extensive about 300 square meters, you can imagine how much it costs, especially even though on the outskirts, this includes the South Jakarta area.

Hendra will build a home building in about 200 square meters which will be a two-story building. They also discussed the price.

After discussing and negotiating, Azam will pay the construction cost of 600 million rupiah and this has been given a special discount by Hendra because Azam had helped him.

It was indeed an expensive price, but Azam was not worried at all. He could raise a lot of money and he would also open a donation for the Sun Orphanage.

But, uh, what Azam thought was that he did not seem to be buying land next to the orphanage any time soon because it would definitely be very expensive and he would not have enough time to collect as much money that's.

"All right, we agreed. I'll send the contract later after my secretary makes it" Hendra told Azam.

After Hendra leaves with his secretary, he will immediately make plans with construction workers at his Tiger Construction company to rebuild the orphanage.

It just so happened that at this time Adeng came out of the orphanage and saw that Azam had just spoken to Hendra who he did not know, so he asked Azam.

"Azam, who is it?" ask Adeng.

"That's the owner of the construction company, I want to rebuild the orphanage, Kek," Azam replied which made Adeng very surprised.

"Resuburge!? Azam, where's the money!?" Adeng was very surprised because he knew that to renovate the orphanage there was already very expensive, especially to rebuild.

"I have a little money, later I will also open a donation, Kek." Azam smiled brightly which made Adeng's worries subside.

"But it must be very expensive, right?" ask Adeng about the cost of rebuilding.

"Well, it's expensive. But this is Jakarta, miracles can happen if we try." Azam smiled and replied with a confident tone.

"Okay, don't push yourself. Don't do anything illegal." Adeng said in a helpless tone while exhaling a long breath.

"Hahaha, it won't. If I go to jail, who will support the orphanage!?" Azam laughed loudly.

Adeng just shook his head because he was used to the nature of Azam. Although in fact there are still some orphanage children who always send money to the orphanage.

No child forgets the Sun Orphanage who has raised them since childhood after they have grown up and worked in the community.

That is why the Sun Orphanage can still survive until now even if the money sent by them is not enough to renovate the orphanage, but at least the children of the orphanage can live comfortably.
