Farah and Siti are shocked by Baby's screams that wake them up and say that Afika is not in the room. And also, Afika pulled out her infusion hose and went somewhere. Flashbacks.

When Afika's stomach was really very hungry she decided to wake Farah but did not respond. Afika who could not bear to choose to get out of the room. "I have to go." Afika said and turned her body away from the hospital.
