Anna blinked her eyes slowly. I think he just woke up from a nightmare.

"Akh. was just a dream." he muttered as he opened his eyes slowly and tried to look around him.

But the sight he saw made the young woman frown because she realized that she was not in her room in the King's apartment. The stinging smell of alcohol made him more aware if he was not in his residence with the King but rather in another place he did not want to visit.

"You've realized madam?" a stranger's voice greeted him.

Anna turned her head towards the voice and saw a person in a white uniform with a map in his hand looking at her with a smile.

"A... Where am I?" anna asked softly, though in her heart she could have expected it.

"You're in the madam's hospital.You've been in an accident and injured..."

"Where's my husband?" cut Anna who feels that what she experienced earlier was not a dream.

"I. it.." said the nurse stammeredly because she did not want to make her patient hysterical.

"Where? say quickly!" sergeant Anna was impatient.

The woman had even gotten out of her vault and was trying to pull out her infusion needle.

"Don't madam!" exclaimed the nurse trying to prevent the reckless actions of Anna.

But the nurse could not hold back Anna who had somehow gained power from where could easily break away from the nurse. And with wide strides the woman immediately came out of her treatment room to look for her husband's whereabouts. Relying on her premonition Anna traced the hospital hallway to look for the King. After a while of searching, he could finally see Rudi sitting in front of a room.

Anna stepped slowly towards Rudi while looking towards the room that was in front of the man. OPERATION THEATER. Anna looked at the room with pushy eyes.

"MB.." he sighed softly.

Rudi was stunned when he found out Anna was already in front of him looking towards the operating room.

"Mrs.." call her slow.

Anna turned to Rudi and asked...

"Is he in there?" tanyanya heard a trembling voice.

Rudi could only nod his head in response. Getting an answer from Rudi, Anna immediately approached the door of the operating room. Although not able to see clearly but at least the woman can feel close to her husband. Anna slowly stroked the door of the operating room with her palm. His tears flowed too. It was very painful to know that the King was not very well and even critical. It is shaded by her as the bullet fired by Julio penetrates her husband's body.

"I should have killed the man right then and there." he sighed, closing both eyes.

Suddenly a voice came from within that made Anna instantly open her eyes and move backwards. While Rudi immediately got up from his seat and approached Anna. Before long the door of the operating room opened. And from inside there was seen a doctor coming out accompanied by a nurse.

"How's my husband doing, Doc?" asked Anna with a trembling voice.

The doctor seemed to let out a slow sigh and looked at Anna with an indescribable gaze.

"Sorry madam, we have done everything we could. But God willed something else.The Lord King could not save us.." said the doctor in a regretful tone.

"No.. You lied to the doctor? su... My husband must be fine, right?" anna said while shaking her head in disbelief.

Anna moved back and looked at the doctor with a sad look...

"Say the doctor.. You lied?" said again.

The doctor just shook his head slowly to make sure that what he said was true.

"No! I'll see my husband now!" anna shouted trying to barge in to see the King's state with her own eyes.

The king, the doctor and the nurse were there to arrest Anna. They didn't want Anna to get even more shocked by seeing the King's state. The woman continued to rebel but suddenly she felt cramps in her stomach and her head felt dizzy making Anna lose consciousness. It was fortunate that Rudi and the doctors were able to capture the woman's body before it fell to the floor. Anna was taken to be examined by a doctor.

After submitting the management of Anna to the doctor Rudi also prepared everything for the funeral of the King. And according to the request of the King, the man will be buried in Indo. When Rudi was taking care of the funeral of both Anna's parents and also the masters Sam and Amira came. They immediately saw the condition of Anna who looked weak due to shock at the news of the King's death that made the condition of the pregnant woman drop. Even the condition of the womb had experienced cramps and a little bleeding made the woman was not yet aware.

Lady Sarah and Amira seemed to embrace each other. The tears of both of them flowed profusely to see Anna's weak and unconscious condition. Meanwhile, Mr. Bram and Mr. Sam immediately asked Rudi to explain the chronology of the incident that befell Anna and the King. Rudi immediately explained everything without anything lacking. The three agreed to take care of the King's body and immediately bring him back to Indo to be buried even though Anna was not yet aware.

Anna is deliberately given a sedative that makes her fall asleep so that she is no longer hysterical about the death of her husband. Lady Sarah and Amira sat beside Anna's gurney patiently waiting until the young woman came to her senses. Anna seemed to be sound in her sleep for most of the day. The King's funeral has been taken care of and thanks to Mr. Sam's connections everything is going smoothly. It does not even take a day the body of the King can be directly brought to Indo to be buried. Rudi, Mr. Sam and Mr. Bram went to Indo to take care of the King's funeral. While the mistress Sarah and Amira guard Anna with the protection of some bodyguards that have been prepared by Rudi.

It was already dark when Anna started to blink her eyes. His gaze immediately fell on the two women who were beside him and did not let go of the grip on both hands.

"Mama.." called her weak when she saw the face of Sarah's mistress who was being closed by leaning on the chair.

Lady Sarah immediately opened her eyes and looked towards her daughter.

"Darling... Are you awake?" the tan was soft while rubbing Anna's head.

Amira who felt the movement also woke up.

"Darling.." call her soft.

"Mother.." said Anna with a sore smile.

"Sister... The king.." fought Anna with a choking voice and tears streaming down the two precious women before her.

Lady Sarah and Amira immediately hugged Anna's body which seemed to tremble with tears.

"Patience dear.please let everything go." said Amira while stroking the back of the niece whom she had considered her own daughter gently.

"My son. mother..he will be an orphan.." - Anna complained with a tight chest.

"You don't worry, baby. There's your mom and dad... they will give great affection so that he will not feel the slightest lack." explained Amira.

Lady Sarah could only be stunned with tears to hear the sigh of her eldest daughter. The woman still does not believe in the fact that her daughter must be a widow at a very young age and in a state of pregnancy as well. The three women were crying at each other releasing the burden on their chests. After a while they stopped crying, but still a little bit.

"Ma. I want to see my husband one last time." said Anna after a long silence.

Lady Sarah and Amira looked at each other. Somehow explained to Anna that the King had been flown to Indo for burial.

"Hem... baby, you're not going anywhere yet." said Ms. Sarah trying to prevent Anna.

"But ma. I want to see it." whine Anna.

"Honey.. sorry.. papa and your uncle have brought him to Indo to be buried.." explained Amira later.

Anna seemed surprised by Amira's explanation. He could not believe that the King was buried before he could see him first.

"Why ma? why did they take her before I could see her one last time?" lamented Anna while staring at her mother did not accept...

"Sorry baby..if you wait it will be too long for the King.pity him.. must be buried immediately.." explained Amira did not want Anna to blame her parents and also Mr. Sam.

Anna cries in tears.His hope of seeing her husband for the last time is destroyed.

"Don't be like this, baby.remember you still have a baby in your womb that you have to take care of..he is the King's last gift to you..." connect Amira while stroking Anna's back.

Lady Sarah also kissed the top of her daughter's head to give strength to Anna to be stronger to face the trials in her life. Since then Anna has been trying to be stronger for the sake of her baby. Amira is right. The baby in her womb is the last gift from the King that she must protect. It did not feel like Anna had been in the hospital for almost a week to recover her psychic condition. And now it's time he got out of there and went back to the King's apartment.

Accompanied by her parents and Sam with Amira, Anna returns to the King's apartment in New York. Both his sister and cousins were waiting for him. They deliberately came to give support to Anna. Arriving at the apartment Anna chooses to spend time in her room with the King. He saw a wedding photo of himself and the King hanging on the wall of the room. It seemed madih could not believe that the man was no longer by her side.

"How do I live my life without you by my side MB? even though there was her last gift from you, there was still something empty in my heart without you.." Anna muttered as she looked at the photo and stroked her increasingly bulging stomach.

Anna wiped away the rest of her tears and went into the toilet to wash her face. Then he came out of the room and met his family. He only needs to complete his internship in order to graduate from his college and get his degree, after which he plans to return to Indo.
